This is a nice property. I was disappointed, but I guess I should have paid attention. We chose a hotel by the airport as we had an early International flight. When we got there, we found tht shuttles begin at 10: 30. I assumed if you were a big hotel by the airport, and it says "Hotel shuttle" that it is for whever you need it and international are usually earty. When we checked in, because it was , they said they would have bagged breakfasts for us on the window sill behind the reservation desk. It wasn't there.

Great view and service

We had a room facing the golf course and pool. It had a wonderful view. The only down side is that the festive music playing at the lobby could be heard faintly in the room. We also had noisy neighbours slamming doors and speaking loudly during the stay.

Disappointing building work given the cost.

Tge gotel has major building works on the toad outside. A new rail station is being built. No mention of it when booking. Our first room overlooked the 24hr building site with diggers and noise. Not a nice view for the money. The hotel moved is after we complained. If you book, I would suggest you ask for a pool view. This hotel is not soundproofed and you can hear the building work and the planes 24 hours of the day. If you like golf it may be worth it as the grounds at the back were beautiful.

Good for the last day

Although the location is slightly inconvenient, requiring a shuttle bus ride to the MRT station and advance reservation for the number of passengers, staying at the hotel is very comfortable. The lobby staff are very willing to help, the rooms are extremely clean, the outdoor swimming pool is large, and the gym is exceptionally well-equipped! Recommended for relaxation on the last day before leaving Singapore.

Clean, but needs improving.

Convenient as near the airport and cheaper than the Crowne Plaza. Airport shuttle was very confusing and hard to find for a first timer so I ended up getting a taxi. The hotel hadnt responded to my booking request for the shuttle also so I had no other option. Constant aeroplanes flying over the pool so if you are looking for tranquility then I wouldn’t recommend this place. Some staff were really helpful and some had no clue what the protocol was with certain things. I was told I couldn’t have a shower after using the pool after check out. I was told I would have to pay extra. Then I spoke to a different staff member who told me that of course I could use the showers. Was very confusing and stressful when trying to accommodate my neurodiverse 4 year old son. The airport shuttle dropped me off back at the airport with all my luggage and my son/buggy near no trolleys which was also really stressful. The main plus was the buffet breakfast and the pool itself. I wouldn’t stay here again.
