Friendliness of staff and efficiency were great. Happy to provide information and an umbrella!, book tours and call taxis Restaurant very nice, good selection and provided a box breakfast when we had to depart before opening hours Central area and easy to walk to many sites, food court and restaurants handy, money exchange next door

Worst hotel!!!!
We booked two rooms with this hotel over the New Years holiday. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Firstly check-in was later than the time given disrupting our plans. Additionally, the room had used cups and used soap in the bathroom from the previous guests (seen in attached photos). When we explained this all to the reception staff and manager they were extremely rude back to us and nothing was done to solve our issues- they just gave attitude back. I would definitely not recommend- as agreed by our neighbours in the hotel!

I have been to this hotel before and each time have been welcomed by the great Concierge guy who is also very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is close to many good places and transport links. Would recommend.

Clean but not soundproof!
We arrived late due to our aircraft but had pre-warned the staff, so that all went ok. The staff were amazing, the rooms whilst clean was a bit on the small side especially when you have two adults and associated suitcasws etc We also founf the bathroom a bit on the narrow side and we are not large people. The rooms are not soundproofed, especially the front door and you could hear thoughtless people throughout the night talking loudly as they walked past or seemingly having a conversation right outside our door

The Staff made the hotel stay very pleasurable. It was refreshing to have a bath in the room and the Concierge and Velu the lobby staff member were truly excellent - professional and friendly. Great location. Pool the biggest letdown - tiny and unswimmable as there was a rope across it.
