Comfortable and clean. Quiet enough. Well located to get about the city. MRT within one block. No regular television stations just some basic form of You Tube which was mostly advertising.

Good Value in Singapore
Owen House was good value in an expensive place for hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location very close to the MRT which was very convenient. Area is ok, I guess part of little India, a bit crowed and claustrophobic for my taste but again it’s 2 minutes to the MRT so easy to get away.

The property is very nice and close to some very sought-after locations. It was very well maintained. The staff very courteous and very helpful. The one thingbi missed was easy access to drinking water; there was only one lication where you could get UV filtered water and process was very slow.

Arrived late at night so didn’t have anything to do with reception. But in subsequent days, reception was there only half the time and all we got was a hello as we left for the day. Close to the MRT, so that’s good. Didn’t notice any good dining options around. The ABC Indian across the road wasn’t very good. The room we booked had a kitchenette, so oven top and microwave. But no crockery or cutlery till our 3rd day. They finally noticed. We made do with our own cutlery and take away containers the other days. I will look for a different place when I come back to Singapore.
