The property is in the best location in Singapore and close to everything you need. We stayed in a Straits Club room and booked for 2 adults and 1 child (11yo). The room was small with 1x Queen bed and no space/option for a pull out, so it was very cosy. The Straits Club itself was the best club lounge we’ve ever used and the food and drink choices were excellent. Ambi, Soo Jin and one other lady whose name I didn’t catch were amazing and so welcoming. A few of the other staff would benefit from a customer service course, particularly the person that checked my wife and son in. Strangely they were treated differently when they were on their own. Overall we had a great stay and would consider staying again but with so many more modern and less “stuffy” options in Singapore, we may not.

Not much, if anything, to dislike. Lovely, luxury hotel. Expensive, but Singapore is expensive. Room was beautiful and staff were excellent. It’s been over 30 years since we last stayed here, and it has maintained its high standards.

I got really sick(severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea)with room service food and I was trying to tell them for them to be aware so no one else will get sick but they just brush off my concern. We also tried their buffet and I wasn't impressed especially for the price they charge.

This is our 2nd stay at Fullerton Hotel, a place with so much heritage and prestige. We are a family of 4 so managed to get 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms despite being on level 2 were so quiet at night, our watch registerred more REM sleep than when we were at home. We enjoyed our early morning jogs around the bay as well as easy access to bikes from anywheel and helloride to allow us cycling trips around the bay to see the ilights display as well as onto the PCN all the way to East Coast Park. We also enjoyed our dip in the pool (with Jacuzzi) in the evening, where there is an abundant of towels and pool was not crowded. We had 2 meals at the town restaurants - buffet breakfast as well as crab rhabsody buffet dinner. Both meals were scrumptious and a wide spread of food to say the least. Fulerton is also a stone throw away from the Victoria concert hall as well as the gardens by the bay (by cycling), nearest mrt is raffles place. We are definitely coming back again for another staycation next year!
