4/5 Stars I recently stayed at this mid-range hotel located just outside the central city area, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Room & Comfort - The room was spacious and well laid out, offering good storage space for luggage and personal items. - The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. - The bathroom and shower were particularly impressive—modern, clean, and well-maintained. Amenities - The pool was a highlight: warm water and a relaxing atmosphere made it a great spot to unwind. - The hotel is conveniently close to the train system, making it easy to access the city and surrounding areas. Areas for Improvement - The carpet in the foyer was noticeably worn and ripped, which detracts from the first impression. - The room lacked basic utensils and glasses, which would have added convenience. - Internet speed was slow and inconsistent, which may be a concern for business travelers or those relying on connectivity. Verdict For a mid-range hotel slightly removed from the city center, this property delivers solid value and comfort. Hotel was well located in an area full of attractive dining options and an active social scene. The concierge staff was courteous and welcoming. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the water in the shower was barely luke warm, making for a quick and uncomfortable bath in the morning. Maybe Singapore being a tropical place, locals probably prefer cold to luke warm showers but in air conditioned room, it might be a bit outside the comfort zone for most. Overall, the hotel is a great value for the price and I would definitely consider staying there in the future.
