Pool area needed more seating. Pool bar didnt accept room charge and one staff so had to wait a ling time. Room usb charger didnt work. Called to get it fixed but still didnt work. Location and free transport offered were good.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel this year and I have been impressed both times. The hotel is always clean and staff are lovely. It is close to all the attractions on the island and has easy access to the Sentosa express. Amazing hotel.

Kids friendly hotel

Third time staying at this hotel. Great hotel for families, my daughters love the big swimming pools. The rooms are small but if you’re spending only 1 or 2 nights that’s no big deal. We ate outside of the hotel most of the time. It’s so convenient to take the Sentosa express and eat at Vivo City or Sentosa resort world. Heads up that the hotel is quite popular with tourists and the check in at 3pm can be quite overwhelming. Try to ask for an early check in or go there before 2pm.

We recently stayed in a family room at Village Hotel Sentosa. The property was lovely, kids enjoyed the pool area and staff we encountered were exceptional. Check in took a while even though we had completed online check in- we seemed to come at a busy time. We were coming from another hotel and had expected to leave our bags and go off and explore. To our surprise our room was available and we were able to check in early. Rooms were very clean however we found them quite small. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic location. Service is a bit slow but I guess, thorough. The rooms are spotless, with comfortable beds (although shower could be improved). We enjoyed every minute of our stay and appreciate the hospitality

This hotel has great staff and is very convenient for holidaying in Singapore. Easy access to Sentosa island, the fantastic VivoCity mall and onward to the city (less than 25 mins to the city CBD). The breakfast is definitely worth adding. It has nice rooms and the adjoining rooms are excellent for families. Great pool for kids. Would recommend.

Great hotel. Rooms were a good size.The people managing taxis and bag's were lovely and helpful, however the front desk staff for check in were not very welcoming and check in took a long time.
