I love the W, but this was below par others. Furthermore having stayed at Sofitel Sentosa previously, at a cheaper price tag I'd go back there before returning to W. Issues we had included: - My partner having a major Fall and injuring his shoulder and hip. There was a wet floor sign, however as this was directly in front of the elevators there was no avoiding walking through the wet floor. - On the last day we were locked out of our room for 45 minutes in wet bathers. Security had to come to fix it as the door swipe totally malfunctioned. - At the Woobar, oil underneath a table stained my dress. They offered to launder it for free. Only for it to be returned STILL with the oil stains. - my partner got a few hard boiled eggs at breakfast. Cracked them all, all fully raw. Such a food safety issue. And very disappointing. Additional feedback, the towels felt quite old/ not soft and very small. A lot of the lounge chairs in pool area were broken. I think every third at least was torn. And every pool towels was shredded on the edges. Really not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel - clean, friendly, great pool.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. We were here for five nights in a marina view room with a balcony. The pool is fantastic. The staff were all amazing and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Special items (egg free) were made for our daughter at breakfast which she was thrilled about. Dinner at skirt was delicious.

Nice, newly renovated hotel room (Pool view). Well received Sat BBQ dinner at Kitchen Table. Needs improvement: Pls provide the correct QR code for complimentary Sentosa entry - The one provided by Expedia / W hotel is incorrect, leading to guest paying S$6 at the Sentosa gantry. (Subsequently, issue resolved with Loyalty Manager upon feedback).
