Can't see the beach because of high-rises across the street shopping was like a mile walking distance but other than that the place is very quiet very clean very comfortable I'd love to stay here again that's part of my favorite to know

falsely advertised our room did not have a queen futon, a twin at best one split unit in bedroom and a plug in standing fan that was plugged in the bedroom to push ac to the rest of the unit. We booked a room with an oven/stove as that is what was showed in the photos and listed. Unit was clean but smelled like smoke.

A nice location just a short walk from the beach and a short dive from the Blue Heron Bridge park and dive site. I highly recommend this place as a reasonably priced location on Singer Island

Room wasn’t available due to water leak. Put me in a smaller room “for the night” but never made the right room available. I had to seek other accommodations. Contact stated they would refund but stopped communicating after I left. Request full refund.

This place is so badly managed. I got there at 4pm after I was told he rented it to someone else. I spent a hour with hotels.com and finally got a room that was not ready and had to go somewhere for another hour because they were still cleaning.

This rental appears decent on the outside. It is right behind the ocean condos. Once you get inside it’s bare necessities. We had to flip the breaker in order to turn off fan or AC unit. No communication once checked in. Drug activity and please visit to the property made me feel very unsafe. Stay away.

Nice little Singer Island Inn

Comfortable little apartment for a beach trip where you don’t expect to spend much time inside. Perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean and well kept.

There was a mix up on their end and we ended up getting moved to a different location. It was a place to stay, very dated. Broken refrigerator handle, heating system did not work. And cold water in shower also didn’t work. More like a college apartment and should not be called luxury. We were glad they at least had a place for us to stay but wouldn’t stay again.

This one is difficult to review. We had a really good time at Singer because the location is great, the neighborhood is great and the beach is around the corner. DO NOT BOOK WITH 4 PEOPLE! we had booked for 4 people. The couch is so uncompfy nobody can sleep on it and absolutely not big enough for two (children). The airbed in the closet had a hole. The neighbors let us borrow theirs which had a bigger hole. We ended up buying one. We had no remote control for the AC till we got one from the very nice cleaning lady and the AC was not changeable without the remote. All other items could fall under "you get what you pay for". e.g. one fork for 4 people, and general amenities. If you are happy to stay basic and only come with max 2 people and are ok with next to no communication/help from the host, i'd recommend staying here considering the price. What was nicest was the shower and the outside sitting possibilities.

My favorite part of staying here was being VERY close to the beach. It was super convenient and everything we wanted was in walking distance. Food, bars, 711 for groceries that we needed. Place we stayed was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the front door to your room opens outward so no way to barricade at night.
