Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 24 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort
Reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, and laundromat. The campsite's restaurant and pizzeria offer typical Sardinian dishes, delicious fish specialties, and tasty pizzas. The campsite also features a terrace with a bar and TV. In the nearby center of Santa Lucia, there are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, pizzerias, and ice cream parlors, as well as a weekly market along the village's promenade, offering typical foods and handcrafted products of the region.

For those who want to discover the authentic flavors of Sardinia and experience the excellence of local products, the picturesque places of Siniscola, Orosei, Galtellì, Oliena, and Dorgali are a must.

The campsite offers a range of services, including a small supermarket, a coin-operated washing machine, barbecue areas, an internet point, and free Wi-Fi in the communal areas.


Location
Santa Lucia/Nuoro. The mobile home is located in a holiday complex. In Santa Lucia, in the municipality of Siniscola (NU), the campsite is situated in a lush pine forest and directly on the well-known beach of Santa Lucia. The campsite covers 3 hectares and is located on

an almost 4 km long sandy beach, just a few steps from the charming and picturesque fishing village of Santa Lucia di Siniscola on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. Driving cars and motorbikes is only permitted for loading and unloading luggage; afterwards vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. To ensure peace and quiet on the campsite, quiet hours apply from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The campsite has a swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, located in a large park area equipped with loungers and sunshades (free of charge, subject to availability). This area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the sea or after exploring the many nearby attractions.


Leisure
In the complex: tennis (1 court) and bike rental. A football pitch and children's play areas (near the terrace/bar, by the pool and in other designated areas) are available to guests at the campsite. Paddle tennis courts are also available for a fee. E-bikes can be hired at reception.

Camping Selema is the perfect base for adventure and outdoor activities. The entire campsite area can be explored by bike, and numerous surrounding routes offer special cycle paths. There are many possibilities, including mountain biking, trekking and nature trail hikes, canoeing, fishing, climbing and paragliding. Mini-cruises depart daily from La Caletta marina (4 km away) to explore the beaches and cliffs of the Gulf of Orosei.

For water sports enthusiasts, the campsite has partnerships with facilities that offer surfing, kiteboarding, diving courses and snorkelling. Just 300 metres away is an adventure park along the road to the village of Santa Lucia. In La Caletta (4 km away), guests can also hire dinghies and take part in fishing trips with local fishermen. Situated in a region rich in history and culture, the campsite offers visits to attractions such as Monte Ortobene in Nuoro, the Ethnographic Museum, the Museum of Modern Art and the Archaeological Museum, all in Nuoro. Another highlight is the Grazia Deledda Literary Park in Galtellì, dedicated to the great Sardinian writer and Nobel Prize winner. Guided tours are also available in the castle on the rock and in the "House of the Ladies" in the historic centre of Posada (8 km away) and in the Nuraghe San Pietro in Torpè (12 km away).

Accessible via a convenient path through the pine forest, the beach offers a vast white sandy area. Here, guests can relax and enjoy the tranquility and connection with nature on a completely free beach. Alternatively, just a few steps from the campsite exit, there is an equipped beach area (privately owned) with umbrellas and sunbeds that can be reserved there.
