Ground floor: Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed, (appropriate under 2 years) and 1 baby bed and TV. You have access to the 5 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs and parasol. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Lower floor: Kitchen 40 sqm and with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 20 persons.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Siófok. The studio is situated on a 700 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment is ideally suited for two people. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
