Disaster!!

When we went to check-in the lobby was LOUD, people were everywhere! It was like a house party right when we walked in! The people ahead of us were wanting to change floors due to noise and people running wild! I booked online and somehow still got a $116.?? charge for reasons unknown. We ended up not even staying the whole night because it was so loud! So we left and continued on with our travels! I truthfully thought the additional $116.?? charge would fall off my account after we checked and they never did. I disputed the charges with hotels.com and they said it was the hotel that owed me the explanation as to why. So they informed the hotel of that and to this day they have not responded to that request! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Not likely to book it again.

It was ok. I am traveling with my cats and booked specifically because it was listed as "pet friendly," however, I was surprised with a $75 deep cleen fee up front. I got there at 1 am so how much mess could my cats make in 10 hrs before checkout?? I asked if that meant I get a room that has been deep cleaned. I did not. That doesn't seem very pet friendly or customer friendly. The parking is weird. The whole parking lot is shifted off to one side so you're basically parking in front of their banquet hall instead of the hotel. Inconvenient when youre trying to unload your own stuff and 2 cats and their stuff at 1 am on one of their ridiculous trolleys the size of an express shopping cart. The room window didn't seem to be sealed completely, and because it was quite windy, kept making an odd moany whistle sound. Mostly it irritated my cats, but try sleeping with irritated cats. The staff was friendly, if a bit impersonal, the public areas were comfortable and the room was clean. Decent stay overall, but given the choice again, I'd choose a different hotel.

The hotel was very clean, our room was immaculate and the Crave restaurant on the premises served great food. Was awesome to walk across the hotel complex to a great meal. Will definitely stay here again.
