Spacious and well-kept home. Easily housed 3 adults and two teens. Great location for MidCo Aquatic Center, Falls Park, and many Sioux Falls restaurants and stores. Grand Palace is a fitting name. We needed a large place for a family gathering. The 4 bedrooms were perfect. There was a slight hiccup at checkin (cleaner’s hadn’t finished), but the host immediately addressed it. I would stay here again. Love the central location among historic homes in Sioux Falls.
