Not so good the staff seemed more like we were interrupting their free time than being helpful we waited an hour for the hotel to get us a taxi they could have communicated to us better then delay very unprofessional

We stayed here awhile back and then again last weekend just because of proximity to the airport and it was slightly cheaper than other hotels in the area. The same problem with both rooms is the beds, both rooms the beds are old and sunk in in the middle, very uncomfortable and the pillows are small and way to soft. Staff was good, room was clean but the breakfast was limited with a sign up saying due to limited staff that the food choices were limited. We were stuck in a blizzard for 2 days waiting for the airline to get our daughter back to college, but because of the beds we moved to the Hampton Inn a few miles away and had a wonderful experience. Staff there was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was WAY better, the room, shower and especially the beds were absolutely better for the extra $40 it cost us. Walking out that morning I noticed every room that was open while being cleaned had saggy mattresses. Fix that problem and I'd consider staying again but not until.
