Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire Chic Suite, including the full guest unit and the private yard. The outdoor space features a year-round hot tub, chiminea fire pit, and seasonal seating for your enjoyment.



Up to two off-street parking spaces are provided on the left side of the driveway. The suite has its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces, ensuring a quiet and secluded stay.



The Neighborhood:

This is a residential neighborhood with mostly families. The neighborhood is quiet with the exception of some dog barking occasionally.



Getting Around:

Sioux Falls is a pretty drivable city. It would be best to have your own transportation.

If needed we have a rental car available for you.

Check In time: After 3pm Checkout time: Before 11am

Want to check in early or checkout late? We have a $25 early check in fee per hour or a $25 late checkout fee per hour.



If you are planning to spend most of your time downtown, please note that it is about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.



It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips.



1) If you are a smoker please plan to smoke in the front of the garage or near the table in the backyard and dispose of butts in the can on the left side of the garage door. Otherwise, this property is a non smoking property inside. Smoking of any kind inside will result in an additional $350 cleaning fee.



2) We ask you to please not wear your shoes inside the property as much as possible. The property is cleaned in full detail after each guest to ensure cleanliness and your safety. If you have a pet with you, we ask that you try to clean their paws when the yard is wet. We provide pet towels to use during your stay.



3) Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect the quiet hours as there are neighbor's nearby.



4) If you have a dog(s) with you, please plan to clean up after them inside and outside of the property. Do NOT leave your dog unattended in the yard whatsoever. We do have a pet fee of $30 per pet.



Interaction with Guests:

Abby will be the main host during your stay. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything during your stay please reach out to her. The best way to get in contact would be to first message through Airbnb directly in the booking messages. If you don't get a response within 10-15 minutes please text Abby directly during your stay. Her number is located at the property and available to you on Airbnb after a confirmed booking is made.
