Graziella The apartment is located in the historic center, overlooking Piazza Carducci, enjoys a beautiful view of the lake, you can admire romantic sunsets; It is close to the Medieval Castle (50m), Terme di Sirmione (500m), Grotte di Catullo (800m). Furnished with attention to detail and is equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at "home", very spacious (100mt2) and bright, with two terraces. My accommodation is suitable for couples.
The accommodation is a 100 square m penthouse consists of four rooms, a bathroom and two terraces with lake views, and a 360 ° view of the old town within the walls. The master bedroom is decorated in a romantic style with new and comfortable mattress and pillows. The living room is lit by large windows facing the western shore of Lake, equipped with TV LED flat screen. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and all appliances and useful with sockets for the current comfort. Second living room with sofa bed and flat-screen LED TV. A Treasure

Graziella’s house in Sirmione is wonderful. The apartment is steps from the main square and the ferry. Ivano was a phone call away for any help needed. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sirmione. It’s on the third floor and the square is lively. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

Amazing apartment in an ideal location

We loved Graziella House! The photos of this apartment do not do it justice - it is spacious yet cozy, wonderfully decorated with lots of character. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed with everything you need and both include new fixtures and appliances. The balcony overlooking Piazza Carducci was my favorite place to relax both early in the morning and in the evening at sunset. We couldn't ask for a better location for exploring Lake Garda. The ferry stop is literally 1 minute from the door (you can watch the ferries come and go from the balcony), and there are many lively restaurants just a few steps away. And if you like gelato, we counted 7 gelateria within 1 block. One note of caution - if you prefer a quiet atmosphere at night, this may not be the place for you. As I said, there are many lively restaurants nearby and we could hear people celebrating well into the night. It didn't bother us, but I can see where it might bother some people. Graziella was a wonderful host and was always very prompt in responding to my messages prior to our arrival. We had no cause to contact her during our stay, but I have no doubt we would have experienced the same treatment. I can't say enough about this apartment - we absolutely loved it and hated to leave. We also loved Lake Garda and hope to return someday soon - if so we certainly will stay at Graziella House again!

Außergewöhnliches Penthaus in der Altstadt

Diese Wohnung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. 1. Lage: Mitten in der Altstadt von Sirmione fĂŒhlt man sich als Teil einer anderen, besonderen Welt. Vom Balkon aus genießt man den Blick auf einen belebten Platz und auf den See. Je nach Tageszeit ist es ruhig oder sehr quirlig. Man hat alles im Blick, und es wird nie langweilig. 2. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist Ă€ußerst hochwertig und komfortabel sowie mit sicherem Geschmack ausgestattet. Dabei wurde auch auf Kleinigkeiten Wert gelegt. 3. Empfang: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln von Obst ĂŒber Kaffee und Kekse stand bereit. Pflege- und Kosmetikartikel in sehr guter QualitĂ€t waren ebenfalls vorhanden. 4. Fazit: Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können sie uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Von den Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich mit einem Willkommenspaket empfangen. Die Wohnung im 3. Stock ist hell mit großen Fenstern und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage in 3 RĂ€umen. Die KĂŒche ist neu und umfangreich ausgestattet. Man hat vom langen Balkon einen tollen Blick auf die lebhafte Piazza und ĂŒber den See, abends auch mal Livemusik oder KĂŒnstler auf der Piazza. Die FĂ€hren legen fast vor der HaustĂŒr ab. Über eine Stiege gelangt man auf die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Burg, sonst aber wenig nutzbar. Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Grazie Mille an Graziella! Der Parkplatz liegt vor der Burg, fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Man bekommt eine Parkkarte. HotelgĂ€ste und Anwohner fahren nach Passieren eines Polizeipostens langsam durch die Touristenströme.

Ottima posizione e appartamento molto bello

L'appartamento Ăš in pieno centro, a due passi (letteralmente) dalla Rocca Scaligera. Gode di una bella vista sull'imbarcadero del traghetto e sulla piazza. Spazioso, luminoso e molto curato nei particolari. Accoglienza gentile e cortese. L'appartamento Ăš adatto anche a soggiorni prolungati. E' collocato al terzo piano, senza ascensore. Dal terrazzo si gode di una bellissima vista sulla piazza.
