It is a sky-earth building, located a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches and furnished with design elements and unique pieces equipped with all the comforts to make your holidays pleasant and relaxing. Car parking is free and in front of the house there is a shuttle to reach the beaches of Sirolo.

The space

The house consists of a large, large and bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine, two pretty balconies overlooking the Conero park and vineyard, a well-kept garden equipped to live pleasant moments of conviviality and free space for the car.

Access for guests

The entrance to the house is independent; the garden is attached to the house and in front of it there are free parking lots.

To visit in Sirolo: "the Church of the Holy Rosary" (1613) and the "Church of San Nicola di Bari" (built in the 1700s), the "Teatro Cortesi", the historic theater of Sirolo of 1873 in white stone of Monte Conero; the "Teatro alle Cave", obtained from an abandoned quarry, a former stone mine transformed into a splendid open-air theater; the "Abbadia di San Pietro al Conero" on the top of Monte Conero, reachable by car or via a path.
