The tub in the room Blew chunks out of it like someone had vomited in it with the jets in and it was not cleaned out. It was disgusting.

Great spot for the weekend

Our day was great, served its purpose of being close to the mountain as we were skiing and the availability of restaurants and shopping very nearby is also an added bonus. Nice setting and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the very comfortable and well appointed property. It is very convenient to the quaint downtown of Sisters and to activities in the area. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

We definitely had a GRAND stay at the Grandstay. The staff were wonderful, especially Lizbeth. She was so accommodating and great to talk to. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again when we come out to visit family.

This was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in and we loved the bathtub in the main space. Staff was super friendly and housekeeping even left a nice note for us; however, my partner said the breakfast was the worst he's ever had. Overall, wonderful stay.

The staff was amazing!! Beds were comfy. We are a health conscious family and breakfast was doable. I had hard boiled eggs, breakfast sausage and a banana. Which was great because I almost never eat a continental breakfast because most of the options are ultra processed. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hard boiled eggs. The overall feel of the hotel is welcoming and clean. We will definitely be back!

Great location and had an indoor pool. Walls were thin and we were woken several times during the night with other guests coming and going even though we had the fan on. Beds were okay. Hot tub ended up being shut down for some reason but we got to enjoy it for some of the stay at least. There is no elevator so make sure you request a first floor room if you do not want to go or cannot go one flight of stairs. Breakfast was your typical fare. Staff was super friendly and nice. Check in was easy!

Great family hotel!

Fantastic, friendly staff. Great for a family vacation. Note, the 2nd story is only accessible via staircase. All the ADA rooms are on the 1st floor. Not an issue, but something to plan for if your hauling suitcases around.
