Sailboat Penthouse

The Velero penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator on Calle Mayor, a charming pedestrian street. It is a very quiet street full of personal brand stores and bars with the aroma of artisanal coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and bus stop are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom, a dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with access to the private terrace. The room has a double bed (1.50x2 meters), large spaces to store your belongings and heating, plus there is another open space with a double bed. The kitchen is American style and equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

From there we have access to the private terrace with views of Calle Mayor. Equipped for sunbathing, breakfast or enjoying a candlelit dinner.

The Velero apartment is located on the same floor as the Barco apartment. These are 2 penthouses that can be booked at the same time and are ideal for 2 couples traveling together who prefer to enjoy their privacy.

PET FRIENDLY. Pets are welcome with advance notice. Please note: There are 8 steps to the elevator.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
