Upon entering the home, you’ll find gorgeous hardwood from the floor to ceiling. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and cookware, a Keurig, and a toaster, will be the perfect place to cook your favorite meals for you and your family. There is a granite-topped bar with seating for two situated right next to the dining room table, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Off the kitchen, you’ll find the first bedroom, which has a Queen size bed. The adjoining bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom on the main floor is furnished with twin bunk beds and an adjoining bathroom of its own, equipped with a stand-up shower. There is also a half bath located on the main floor. The living room feels open and airy and boasts amazing views of the lake with its floor-to-ceiling windows. In the living room, you’ll find a TV, a fireplace, and a cabinet stocked with books, board games, and extra blankets to make entertaining fun, easy, and comfortable for all ages. Beyond the living room, there is a wrap-around deck with plenty of seating for you and your family to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Just up the stairs, you’ll find the master loft suite furnished with a King size bed. The loft, which is open to the main floor of the home, faces the windows overlooking the lake so you won’t miss the stunning view of the water and mountains. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower, a roomy whirlpool tub, beautiful granite countertops, and His & Hers sinks. On the lower level, the home exudes warmth and comfort in a rustic atmosphere. In the finished basement, you’ll find a large leather sectional facing a mounted flat screen TV. The bar and mini-fridge is located just off the living area and has seating for two. The basement also has two more bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are three separate entryways along one wall of the basement which open onto the back patio. Once outside, you’ll find ample seating for entertaining and relaxing. The patio features a fire pit where you can make s’mores, or just sit around and socialize with your group. On the far end of the patio, you’ll find a complete outdoor grill set-up, perfect for making a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. The hot tub sits level with the deck and has an unobstructed view of Lake Keowee, while still providing privacy and comfort. The yard, which is open and grassy, is perfect for napping on the hammock, or for a game of Frisbee. The private dock is great for storing your boat, for fishing, or soaking up the sun. You can fish in the lake or go boating and enjoy the clean, blue lake water. This home is the perfect getaway for rest & relaxation and we can’t wait to host you!
