Had decent wifi, but no hot water. I informed staff the hot water was not working, and they said maintinance would fix it, but nothing was done. Included breakfast is supposedly served until 9am, but I went to the lobby at 9:02am and there was no evidence food had ever been served there. I'm lucky Wal Mart was 1.2km away so I at least I had canned food to eat while I waited 2 days for the only bus out of town.

Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price The cost was outrageous for the rundown condition of the room we received. The roof was leaking in the lobby, and there was extra room furniture being stored in common areas, which gave the place a very unprofessional feel. Our bathroom was in poor shape—the bathtub shower curtain was barely hanging on, and it looked unfinished overall. It also took about 30 minutes of running water just to get a warm shower. When I asked the front desk, they simply said, “Yes, it needs to run for a bit before it gets hot.” That’s unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point. I've stayed at hotels for a fraction of the cost and had a much better experience. Would not recommend.

Although it has an antique style, the place is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the accommodation, and the staff were satisfactory.

Worst hotel ever, I canceled my room cause it was so dirty, blood on the sheets ang bathroom was disgusting and they still charged me for the room, terrible service, Expedia should not promote this hotel

Dirty blankets. Mould in the shower. Roof leaked water. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature. Smelled like stale mould. Terrible experience overall there would. It recommend to anyone.

There was a pizza pop left in the freezer of my room. The roof dropped water by the one bed. They gave me dirty blankets the one day. Never brought extra towels. You couldn’t adjust the temperature of the room. It smelled like mould and there was mould in the bathtub/shower. They also would not refund me one night as I had to check out a day early even tho I was giving them over 24 hours notice. All in all would not recommend this place or ever stay there again. It should be closed for health concerns.

Where to start... I booked through Expedia.com. When I got there the front desk girl was counting out money to guy I swear was buying drugs out the back door. Then she took a deposit for the room but the deposit was never returned. When I got into the room the first thing I ALWAYS do if lift the sheets to look for bed bugs, I found none but I did find a patch of dried sperm. Now I have been trying to call them for the last hour but i just get a busy signal like they don't have an answering service and the phone is off the hook. DONT STAY HERE!!! Anything you THINK you are saving isn't really worth it..
