Our 2-car garage is made into game room where you can spend hours playing games together, or sit out by the patio overlooking the grassy area watching as your children squeal with excitement on the swing set. As the sunsets you can find yourself around the campfire reminiscing about the "good ole days" or sitting in the hot tub relaxing with those you love.

We've got folding tables you can use to serve food outside along with some folding chairs.

There’s a beautiful horse barn on the property, as well as a meadow and racetrack for training. The horse barn is current off limits, but the meadow & racetrack is open for use.

Because we are so far back in there is lots of privacy, space to roam and have fun. However, with these kinds of properties we also find that the cellphone service & Wi-Fi isn't the best.

**NOTE: Our home has spotty cell service but fast Starlink Wifi. You will most likely need to do wifi calling if you are wanting to make phone calls in the house.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
