We did not have a phone in our room, we needed to call the desk and let them know the bathroom light was burned out and couldn’t. The shower took forever to warm up. It was either freezing in the room or we were sweating. The TV wasn’t easy to work, no channel guide. The breakfast was awful. Staff was friendly as can be, they were the best part of our stay.
Desk service was good. But the hotel is showing wear and tear. Peeling paint on the window casing/seal, elevator was dirty (floors and door). Breakfast was adequate. Don't think I would stay there again.
The property is clean and in proper order. The building is very quiet also, no booming or doors slamming during the night.
The coffee offered is excellent. I tavel a lot for business and expect nasty "hotel coffee". Here, it was genuine, tasty coffee that I enjoyed.
Hilton does indeed set the standard.
Stood at the desk for over 20, almost 30 minutes, waiting to check in. Tried the “contact-less check-in,” which still requires contact. As we were finally leaving, someone came to the desk. She was not friendly, and very defensive.
