This was my first time staying here and it was amazing. I enjoyed it. It was clean safe. Staff members was wonderful. The best staff member I ever had going back-and-forth to hotels and traveling. I met one worker her name was Amy and her energy was love. it was welcoming she had to laugh and smiling And you don’t come across a lot of people that has that type of energy so I would love to give 10 stars to Miss Amy.

I would not book this hotel again. My experience was incredibly frustrating from the start. My first room (219) smelled strongly of sewage, and to make matters worse, there were water bugs crawling near my belongings. I was transferred to another room (226), which unfortunately wasn’t much better—the bathroom door barely closed, and there was visible mold around the shower. The staff, with the exception of the kind maintenance man, were rude and dismissive. I requested a late checkout (a feature they claim to offer), but was told I couldn’t do that without any real explanation. The overall customer service was poor, and frankly, I would have expected better treatment at a Super 8. This stay was a huge letdown and truly damages the reputation of the Hilton brand. I won’t be returning. And oh yeah as for a bonus.. apparently I had Bigfoot pacing around in the room upstairs from for an hour and a half. I would have booked a super 8 or econo if I knew service was this subpar..

Friendly Staff; Dirty Room

I stayed at this property about a week ago (traveling for a family emergency so this is why this review is a bit delayed) on my way down the East Coast. I was greeted by two friendly women at the front desk upon arrival after driving in heavy storms. The ladies were friendly and informative. After I got to the room and unpacked all of my wet belongings, I noticed that there were nail clippings on one of the two beds. I also noticed that the room had multiple hairs around the bathroom and dust / dirt on the floor. It was obvious that the cleaning / bedding change was not fully completed prior to giving this room to a customer. The morning of my departure, the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on the door prior to the listed check out time of 11:00 AM so I felt very rushed out of the hotel room. Lastly, as I was packing up to depart, I saw two bugs crawling around the table near the bed which completely grossed me out. Despite the warm welcome, I do not plan to stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness, the possible bug infestation and feeling rushed.

We were in town for the 301 endless yard sale. The hotel was very convenient. We didn’t get there till after 8 PM and were out before 7 AM so we didn’t get to experience much of the hotel but our stay was very comfortable. Free breakfast is appreciated but it’s pretty basic with eggs cut up sausage some pastries, etc. Saturday breakfast was extremely busy at 7 AM.

Love TRU

My husband and I stayed here for our Church campmeeting. This makes the 3rd time we've stayed here and plan to stay here many more time in the future. Everyone is very friendly. Only change I would make is the breakfast to have more hot food choices.
