Perfect Beach House Getaway with an Awesome Outdoor entertaining area. Perfect for Large Families/ 2x Families /Girlie Getaways. "YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED" with the HUGE outdoor living area which differentiates us from other properties. Pull up/ pull down outdoor blinds to suit the weather. Linen and towels included in all stays. It's well located within walking distance from the shores of Smiths Beach / general store and GP track. Comfortable beds / 2 large bathrooms / 4 car parking spots.

What we "LOVE" about our place ..."The large open spaces to relax in whether inside or outside".
Out under the pergola/ Out by the garden decking / Inside on the Couch/ Cook a feast in the spacious kitchen.

We supply almost everything to make your stay stress free and as comfortable as the "Perfect Getaway". We provide all linen / doonas / pillows / towels. No hidden linen/ cleaning costs.

Neighbours are residents therefore Noise regulations are in place. Failure to abide to noise regulations or overcrowding will lead to instant departure and loss of monies paid.
Victoria Noise Restrictions apply.
Monday - Thursday: No noise between 9pm and 7am
Fridays, the curfew is 10pm.
Saturdays: No noise before 9am and after 10pm
Sundays: No noise before 9am and after 9pm

Perfect location for the Grand Prix Track/ Famous Smiths Surf Beach / Penguins. Milk Bar is close by, walking distance to the beach. You will need a car to drive into Cowes. There are 3 supermarkets in Cowes and lots of restaurants/ shopping. There is a bus stop on the main road- 2 min walk to.

24 hour key lock access.
Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day.
In this case, I will need 2 -3 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay.
I will communicate time arrival if this is the case.

CHECKOUT INFORMATION
10am checkout

TO AVOID EXTRA CLEANING FEES we Appreciate if you could ensure you put everything away after use and leave it the way it was upon arrival.

‱ EXTRA CLEANING FEE is $75 per hour

‱ All dishes are WASHED , Clean & Dry of water and put away.

‱ BBQ IS CLEANED of food and fat oils after use.

‱ All rubbish removed to outside bins. Please recycle ♻ NO PLASTIC BAGS in YELLOW BIN outside otherwise bins will not be picked up.

‱ If Bins are FULL.... Please bag and leave under the Verandah so the birds don’t get to it.

‱ LEAVE beds as they are as we will remove linen.

‱ Bath towels in the laundry.

‱ TURN OFF Heating / Cooling

‱ Leave BeachHouse UNLOCKED

‱ Leave keys on kitchen bench.

‱ If any “special cleaning requirements” are needed, It will be your responsibility and you may be charged.

Beyond expectations

This is my first time booking on Stayz and find it simple and straightforward. This property is exceptionally great value for family of 9 and over. There are 4 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms, huge dining area, kitchen, laundry room, outdoor. Ample towels, pillows, iron and ironing board. As we are only there for 1 night, it was more than ample. The kitchen are stocked with pots and pans, and even a stocked pantry. Our host Helen was amazing. She have clear instructions and I found it very easy to communicate with. I will definitely consider this property again, if we arrive in a big group in the future.

Amazing Stay

Helen was a great host. Accommodation was perfect for our needs and was close to an amzing beach, close to everything in fact. We have a large dog who was securely contained with a great outdoor area for her. Facilities were excellent, would definitely come back and we had a wonderful time while there. The comforts of home while you are away. Was awesome and would highly recommend.

Fantastic getaway

The property was presented in an excellent condition, very clean and tidy. All things were considered. Helen is an excellent host, with great communication. The outdoor area was fantastic, given the weather was not at its best and location is ideal, a short walk to the beach.

We had a great stay, the property was as advertised and the photographs were an accurate representation so there were no surprises. We had a dog and the outdoor undercover area was perfect. Our stay coincided with a very hot week so our only suggestion would be fans for the bedrooms.

Just perfect!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and this property was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor entertaining area. The property was a short walk from the beach. Helen, the host, was easy to communicate with. I’d highly recommend.

Fabulous family home with lots and lots of space!

This home is amazing! Everywhere you look there are break away spaces for all to enjoy. The back undercover outdoor area is just sensational with so much seating, lounging, bbq, fridge, sink etc. The kitchen is very much fully equipped! You don't have to worry about your pets outside as it's fully enclosed. We loved exploring Phillip Island, but kept being drawn back to the house so we could relax and enjoy the haven it is. This is a definite for those family gatherings. Thanks so much for having us!
