Excellent location, great family holiday house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location and the view were even better than was listed. It was one of our best holidays we have had in a long time and we hope to return again one day.

Serenity at Smiths is a lovely house with a great layout and so close to the Smiths cafe and beach. We loved it and will definitely book again.

Lots of spiders and cobwebs around the house and BBQ isn’t in a good condition to be used. However, a nice place in a good location.

Great house and location but dusty

Great property but massive spiderwebs clothes and old soap left in outside shower, very dusty, many spiders, carpets were dusty and there was a mouldy smell. Perhaps a big issue wth cleaners

General observation

Great stay perfect location. Great accommodation for young family with young kids . Single bed are foam mattress so not great for 6ft teenagers and adults. Downstairs bbq area and garden really needed maintenance was not clean garden overgrown. Outside lights need globes replaced as were not working. Made sitting outside after dark difficult Vacuum cleaner had not been emptied for months. Found new bags in laundry. Time to upgrad beds to new inner spring mattresses
