Listen to the wildlife outside and feel the soft breeze at this waterfront home with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other comforts from home. It has 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Perfect for families, friends, couples, and hunters, this home has water access for kayaking and water activities directly in the back yard! Enjoy the comforts and privacy of home while having boat access nearby as well as Beaufort, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach less than an hour away!

This home is located in an area known for great fishing in the spring, summer and fall. The duck hunting is renowned in the winter months. We have beautiful weather for boating, kayaking and just lazy summer days. Carteret County has many festivals year round that visitors love to participate in. The home is close to Outer Banks & Cape Lookout, Historical Beaufort, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, and Fort Macon. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the front and back yards. They will also have access to the pier.

Guests can call, text or email if they have questions.

The sunrise getaway is close to the beach, ferries, aquarium, restaurants, parks and museums.

Automobiles are best to travel in around the area.
Water can be accessed by any water toy. There is also a ferry close by.

Guests should bring water shoes, life jackets if needed and don't forget sunscreen!

Quiet peaceful getaway

Can't say enough great things about our time at this home and our hosr, Kim. Thank you for working with us on our schedule due to the unfortunate events of the hurricane in our home town. Your home was so clean and welcoming and much needed peace. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing at the dock and sitting on the back poarch watching sunsets. Definately a top spot for our future!

4th of July getaway

My family and I absolutely loved it here! We were able to catch a lot of fish and sharks on the private pier! The property was clean, well maintained and in a great location. CHECK THE FRONT CLOSET! We didn't look in there until we were on our way out, there are fun goodies in there to use during your stay. We stayed during the 4th of July and were able to see fireworks in all directions. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for good fishing spot with a beautiful view of the inlet. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Great Stay Beautiful Property

Beautiful sunrises every morning ! Had a great time. the home was very clean and well kept. Everything you need for a great stay. Nice breeze on the back porch The crabbing was fantastic this week ! Plenty of blue crabs daily. Lots of bait fish and shrimp for fishing. Quiet and peaceful setting only a few houses closeby with very nice neighbors. Beaufort and Morehead city about 15 minutes away. So many things to do in this area !! We reccommend a drive to Cedar Island for the views, and Shackleford banks Island for great Shelling. Casting nets for shrimp right up the road. . Fort Macon for a beautiful beach trip. Would definitely stay here again !!

Private, waterfront getaway!

Close enough to Beaufort, Morehead, Harker's Island, etc., but private setting too! Best of both worlds. We kayakers from the rock, but definitely no walk into the water (grasses, oyster shells). Plenty of room in the house for us two. Basically stocked kitchen met our needs. Thanks for being per friendly!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time! Great fishing & kayaking. Very peaceful and relaxing place with a beautiful view. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Kim's Properties. Can't decide which place we liked the most. We will definitely be back!
