On the top floor of this property, you will find the living area along with a dining space that seats eight individuals, plus four at the breakfast bar. You can choose to eat in or enjoy dining at nearby excellent restaurants just moments away. There is also a bathroom on this level, alongside a bedroom featuring a king bed and magnificent sound views with access to the upper-level sound-side deck. The second floor includes a queen bedroom with a bathroom accessible from two sides, another bedroom with two twin bunk beds that also boasts sound views and deck access, and the master bathroom. The queen bedroom situated street-side provides balcony access with ocean views. With the additional sofa bed in the living area, the property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. A roomy living room, kitchen, and dining area make this an ideal choice for your beach vacation. Located in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island, you’ll discover nearby shopping, entertainment options for both children and adults, and plenty of sun-soaked sand and azure waters. We really enjoyed our stay in North Topsail Beach. The weather & the beach were wonderful. The house was spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and beach access were especially nice amenities. There was one major disappointment & several minor ones. The house, particularly the first two floors, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon entry. We notified Seashore Realty immediately and received a polite 'sorry that happened' but no offer of remedy. Throughout the home there were stains on covers, cushions, etc. We enjoyed our first trip to North Topsail and the immediate area and hope to make it an annual family vacation destination. Thanks for the opportunity to voice our comments regarding the property.

Wedding at the beach

Perfect location for us to attend a college friends’ daughter’s wedding on the beach. First impression, unfortunately, was the musty smell as we entered. I feel if the carpet was replaced with laminate flooring it would greatly help with this issue. I did enjoy the decor as it was very tasteful. I do wish that at least one roll of toilet paper per bathroom would be a necessity at this price point. Beds could be improved. Kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was enjoyed and the pool looked nice but we did not use it. The grill area needs work! A channel guide for the tv would be helpful. Overall the condo is very nice and especially liked the private access to the beach. I do feel that a key code system would be better to access the condo than an actual key. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Overall good experience. Had to call maintenance 3 times for the septic. Needs to have a gas grill instead of charcoal. Refrigerator took an entire day to cool. Needs some updating.

Great stay with family

We had a great time here. From inside to out everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool was the best for afternoon hanging out after the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and clean. Would stay here again.

Spacious and clean!

There was so much room and the property was very clean! Great location with the beach but to get to restaurants and shops it was a bit of a drive! All in all everything was perfect and beautiful!
