Topsail Island Waterfront Home with Swimming Pool, Waterfront Gazebo, Private Laundry, Air Conditioned, Garage and Beach Access.
Your Topsail Island family fun starts here with Carolina Sunshine. This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhome is located in the Bermuda Landing complex at North Topsail Beach and is set up to sleep 8 comfortably. With outstanding views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Bay areas of Topsail Island, this home is precisely situated in a premier location that offers outstanding evening sunsets as well as only steps to the beach.
As you enter the home you will walk into a large open floor plan area that consists of the front living room, dining and kitchen, all combined.
The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless with a large refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top range with oven combination and built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The countertops are granite with a tile backsplash.
The dining area has a nice pub height round table that seats 4 with adjacent seating for 4 others at the kitchen bar area.
The front living area is equipped with comfortable seating as well as end tables, lamps and wall art.
As you move back to the rear of the home (waterfront side) you will enter the main sound side family room. This room is equipped with a large sofa that converts to a queen bed, comfortable arm chairs with ottoman, end tables, wall art, ceiling fan and a smart flatscreen TV perfect for streaming movies and watching your favorite TV shows. From this room there is a slider glass door that opens directly to the sound which provides some of the most beautiful water views on Topsail Island. There is also a large deck equipped with table and chairs which provide a great spot for enjoying those burning evening sunsets while having your favorite beverage.
Adjacent to this sound-side family room there is a full bath with walk-in tile shower and a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
As you move upstairs to the main sleeping quarters you will find two lovely bedrooms with a full shared bath in between.
The master bedroom is on the sound side of the home and is equipped with a queen bed, night stands and lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, wall art, comfortable arm chair, closet and a flatscreen TV. The large windows showcase the beautiful sound side water views just off the bedroom. What a spot for those evening sunsets!
Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with tub and shower combination.
Across the hallway on the oceanside of the home is the second bedroom that is equipped with pyramid bunk with lower trundle (twin over full with twin trundle). This bedroom is set up to sleep 4. There is a nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan, wall art, closet and additional storage chest with mirror. The windows from this room face out toward the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
At the entrance of the garage, you will find a nice swing located in a shaded area underneath the front porch area. There is also an outdoor shower which is great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.
The garage area is equipped for 1 small vehicle and parking for 1 more in the paved driveway.
The rear of the garage is set up as an entertainment area and is equipped with a ping pong table and other fun games. Just outside the rear garage door is a quaint seating area overlooking the rear yard with beautiful water views in the background. This is a quiet spot thatâs great for reading your favorite book.
Within the complex you will also have access to the lovely waterfront community pool and gazebo. Try your hand at catching a fish or even crabbing off the gazebo area.
The oceanfront beach access is only steps from the entrance of the complex at 11th Avenue.

IDâs will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
