An additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, both with private deck access, and the third bedroom has two, twin over twin bunk beds. Proceed to the second floor to find the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bathroom. The open floor plan allows for the perfect space to entertain family and friends. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are filled with natural light and showcase unparalleled ocean views from the wall of windows. Guests can access an expansive deck from the living room which has plenty of seating to enjoy the view. The dining table has seating for six. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen island. Proceed upstairs to the third floor to find the master suite. The master boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, and two private balconies, one on either side to enjoy both ocean and sound views.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience that accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
There is a keyless entry lock on the ground floor entrance. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
