🏖️ Three-Story Beach House

First Floor:
The first floor features the garage, beach toys, and the main entryway. You’ll also find a heated outdoor shower conveniently located underneath the patio deck. Step outside to enjoy the large backyard, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends.

Second Floor:
The second floor features a King bedroom, making this a great location for elderly guests only having to go up one set of stairs. The bedroom has convenient access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting to the living area.

This level is designed for gathering, with a large dining area that flows into the kitchen and an open, spacious living area. Step out from the living room onto the huge outdoor deck, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking ocean views and plenty of comfortable seating—the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or watching the waves.

Third Floor:
Head upstairs to the third floor, where you’ll find four additional bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom.

* To the left: The kids’ room features 1 Queen bed and 5 Twin bunk beds, making it a fun and spacious room for the kids.
* To the right: A comfortable Queen bedroom.
* Down the hallway: You’ll find the linen closet, washer and dryer, and shared hallway bathroom.
* Further down the hall: Two spacious Master King bedrooms, each featuring a large, breathtaking private bathroom. Both master bedrooms also have access to connecting balconies with beautiful ocean views.

🚗 Parking

Half of the driveway is shared with the neighboring property. The garage is the preferred parking area and can accommodate up to 4 midsize vehicles.

The driveway can accommodate approximately 4–5 additional vehicles, but please keep in mind that parking in the driveway may make it more difficult to exit if neighbors also has vehicles parked on their side.

You may also park one vehicle directly in front of the house, between the brush.

⚠️ Please be mindful of the sprinkler system located near the front of the driveway.
