This property is right on the Atlantic Ocean with private beach access, pool, and grilling area. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided for all guests. This unit has all the amenities to make this your home away from home. 400 Mbps internet, newly renovated well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and let’s not forget the balcony which is perfect for that morning cup of coffee or afternoon margarita to watch the sunset! Sandy Feet Retreat will not disappoint you!! Location is close to shopping, restaurants, turtle rescue, touch tank aquarium and different parks. Short drive to Surf City, Wilmington, or Jacksonville

This first floor unit is only steps away from the private beach access and pool as well as the outdoor shower area to rinse off those Sandy Feet before heading back inside to relax for the evening!

We had a nice stay at Barefeet Retreat. Joe was a very good host and the condo was comfortable for a winter break at the beach. It was nice to be close to the ocean and read on the deck on the in sun. We were fortunate to have a few nice warm days in December.

This condo is everything that it says it is.. right on the beach, extremely clean with everything you need. Kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies to start. It’s amazing and we’ll definitely stay again!!

Beautiful Updated Condo!

We have stayed at the Shipwatch Villas many times over the years! This unit has all the latest appliances and is very nicely decorated! We really enjoyed the linen & towels package offered too. It made such a difference in getting settled and ready for our stay! The hosts were top notch and replied promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Condo for Our Family

The location of the condo in the resort was perfect! It was on the first floor (actually one up from ground level) and had the quickest walkout to the beach. Pool hadn't opened up yet for the season, but looks like it would be a great option for summer. Everything we needed was there at the condo....VERY well stocked.

Terrific Topsail Condo.

Newly remodeled, this condo is beautiful. Everything was new and updated. Location was right on the beach with awesome views. To the right was a vacant field with an unobstructed view of the ocean and it gave us the feeling of privacy. Fantastic pool with lots of room.

Very clean and so close to beach

Sandy Feet Retreat was one of the cleanest beach places I have stayed. There were a generous amount of supplies to get started. The kitchen had some spices and various cooking equipment and good storage space next to the frig. The beds were very comfortable (on the firm side which we like). Joe responded quickly to any questions we had. It was in a great location - just a few steps out to the beach and pool and on the first floor - great for allowing the kids to run up to use the bathroom! The only downside was Tropical Storm Debby arrived by Tuesday night but the weather stayed warm enough that we still were on the beach some and in the pool - figured we were getting wet anyways! The aquarium was about 80 minutes drive and the turtle sanctuary/hospital was fun to visit - do make reservations ahead of time. All in all a good trip. Having a clean place in a great location was very nice!!

Very relaxing week at Sandy Feet Retreat!!

We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable condo! The location within the property makes it easy and quick to get to the pool or beach. The kitchen has a lot of extras for those who like to cook. The owners are quick to respond if you need them. :-)

First visit in Topsail

The location of this property was easy to access from the parking lot, pool, and beach. It’s close enough to run back to from the beach or pool to grab a drink or anything you might need. It is updated and clean. The balcony/porch is great for enjoying the oceanfront view. The host is extremely responsive and cares about the visitors’ stay.
