The Snoqualmie Casita is the quintessential modern Snoqualmie Valley getaway. The home as been fully updated inside & out to provide a beautiful, modern and cozy basecamp for all your Pacific Northwest Adventures. The home is located 1 block from Historic Downtown Snoqualmie. A quick walk to restaurants, Snoqualmie Brewery, shops, the river and so much more. We are 1 mile to the Snoqualmie Falls, 5 minutes to North Bend, surrounded by amazing Hiking Trails, 30 mins to Skiing @ the pass and 5 minutes to the Snoqualmie Casino.

The Snoqualmie Casita is the perfect escape with all of the comforts of home. This home has been completely remodeled with designer finishes and modern comfortable furniture. An open-concept family room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings helps the 800 sq ft home live large (plus additional 200 sq ft detached room). There are 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms each with a Queen bed and blackout curtains to provide a dreamy sleep. The mudroom offers a full size Washer & Dryer, Desk area, and extra storage. The detached room is a wonderful space to use as a 3rd bedroom (Queen Sleeper Sofa) or as a 2nd Family Room. There is also a 55" Roku TV in the detached room. The home is equipped with AC as well.

BEDROOMS
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with Casper Hybrid mattress
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with Winkbed Luxury Firm Mattress
- Guest Bedroom 3: This room is detached from the home. You walk across the backyard to access it. There is a Queen pullout sofa. Please note that you will have to walk outside to access this room.
*** Linens will be provided for the sleeper sofa. We do not make the bed on the sleeper sofa (sheets and such) unless you request for us to do so.

PARKING: The Snoqualmie Casita is located one block from Historic Downtown Snoqualmie. It is a wonderful location - because of our close proximity to downtown Snoqualmie we do have neighbors and town visitors that park around our home. There is always parking to be found in front of or behind the home but not always directly in front of the home. We also have a small detached driveway that our Guests are welcome to park in IF your vehicle will completely fit in the driveway and not go out on the sidewalk. If your vehicle is too large and will cover even part of the sidewalk we ask that you please park on the street. If you park in the driveway you can enter thru the gate to the right and go thru the backyard to the entry door thru the mudroom. Thank you for understanding.

SNOQUALMIE SIREN:
What is that sound at 12:00 noon? Don't be alarmed by the siren that sounds off Monday-Saturday at 12:00pm. The Snoqualmie Siren mimics the old Snoqualmie Falls Lumbar Company Mill whistle. It's just part of the towns history and part of the charm that is Snoqualmie.

Please note we do have 2 security cameras. A security camera that points to the front patio and the sidewalk in front of the home and one in front of the garage that records the driveway and part of the sidewalk. It does record video and sound.
