Snowmass Capitol Peak Lodge Luxury Penthouse with 2 king bed w/ bath ensuites.

Located in the Luxury Snowmass Base Village Condos in Capitol Peak Lodge. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath luxury Upgraded Corner Penthouse Base Village Unit offers the best of ski-in, ski-out location in Snowmass with 3 sides of windows. Just steps from the Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. Otherwise, there are more restaurants and shopping located at the Old Snowmass mall, just a short free gondola ride away (on Cabriolet Gondola). Perfect for families because the kids ski school (Tree House) is located in the Snowmass Base Village too.

The other big advantage is the location and parking garage with elevators. It cannot be any more convenient at the Snowmass Base Village. Being able to drive in to the private gated off section and parking right by your elevator that takes you right up to your unit, is a nice feature. Then in the morning, to be able to take the elevator down to the village level and put on your boots and grab your skis from your adjacent ski locker and just walk 70 feet to the Elk Camp Gondola is the best.

The owners painted all walls and ceilings white and upgraded luxury furniture, furnishings, bedding, duvets and new king size mattresses in master and second master. So two master king bedrooms and all decorated in a more mountain contemporary design. Safe in master bedroom and second bedroom closets.
Note: Just 70 feet from the Elk Camp Gondola and just a minute away from 6 person chairlift. The other buildings at Capitol Peak are farther away from the slopes, restaurants, ski school, and lifts. THE UNIT HAS A KING BED IN THE MASTER, KING IN THE SECOND BEDROOM, THIRD BEDROOM HAS QUEEN WITH TWIN BUNK BED ABOVE IT ALONG WITH SAMSUNG 43" SMART TV, AND ALSO HAS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM, ALLOWING 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. MOST IMPORTANT: WINTER RATES ALSO INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING and Summer rates every other day (up to 1.5 hour max. for one housekeeper). (monthly rental includes 3 hours/week).

The unit comes furnished turnkey down to the silverware (built new in 2009). Location, Location, and Location! Also, ski locker on village level, w/d in unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator right to unit, 2 oversized hot tubs, and complete fitness area. Just 70 feet from the Elk Camp Gondola. No pets or smoking.

BOTH ARE IN THE SAME BUILDING IN CAPITOL PEAK. We also now have a two bedroom, two bath right next door to this 3 bedroom penthouse.

*** I ALSO HAVE MANY FRIENDS THAT OWN ONE BEDROOMS AT THE NEW SNOWMASS BASE VILLAGE THAT ARE ALSO INTERESTED IN RENTING.

Living room and bedrooms have Samsung Smart HD cable TV's that have APPS for Netflix, Amazon Prime, U-Tube and TV movies through XFINITY.

*** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these 2009 built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.

Sorry no smoking or pets in the unit.

There is a large salt water pool and hot tub and gym and workout facilities at Snowmass Recreation Center that is open to tourists and locals alike. Just a two minute free shuttle ride away.
Please note there is one parking pass that allows you to park in the garage during the day and over night that is included in rental. We don't have any overnight parking passes available besides the one per unit in winter. Let me know and I can check with garage manager if there are other options available?

Perfect Snowmass Ski Condo

We had an amazing winter stay with our 3 kids, ages 11, 8 and 4. Better than many other 3 BR in this building because of the high ceilings. Fantastic location right in the village. Well appointed kitchen, spacious living area and loved daily housekeeping service. Building hot tubs are great as is the gym, and ski lockers make for easy in and out. Host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond when we experienced a delay upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Perfect condo for the ski family

Spent Spring Break in Snowmass with my wife and 3 children. The condo could not have been easier. Lovely buildout, center of the Snowmass Village, and a literal 30 second walk to the ElK Camp Gondola. The gym, hot tubs, and ski lockers located in the condo building made for an easy and fun week of skiing in CO. Highly recommended. -Forrest

Great location!! Across from the gondola and ice skating rink in the heart of Base Village. Daily housekeeping service was nice with kids. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and in unit laundry was a plus. Host was very responsive and helpful.

My only suggestion is to change the description of where you park your car upon check in. The check-in information/documents are not clear & are very confusing.

Amazing Snowmass Condo

Loved the location steps from the Gondola and 6-pack. Condo well stocked with robes, towels, dishes etc. Property Manager Roget very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo! Amazing Location!

5 star condo! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything that we needed. The daily housekeeping was great! The beds are very comfortable and it is spacious and filled with light. The kitchen is like new and has everything that you would need for a short and long term stay. The location is AMAZING!!!! You have the ice skating rink 10 steps away... the rock wall 20 steps away ... the gondola so close it could not be more convenient and a very short walk to ski school! You have amazing restaurants within a 2 minute walk... crepes, pizza, Japanese, fun American food and fancy steakhouse all at the base!!! The ski locker is so very convenient... and there are 2 jacuzzis and a pool table in the building as well as a gym! The skittle that takes you up to the mall is a 4 minute walk and the daily s’mores are right outside the condo... also, the ski rentals are 10 steps away... finally, the parking garage is perfect and so convenient with a direct elevator to the condo!!! The manager is so very helpful and takes care of everything. He gives excellent instructions with pictures and everything is where he says!! I highly highly recommend this condo!!!!

Wonderful condo

Our family of 5 enjoyed the week we spent in this condo. It's large, comfortable, and very clean. It's right next to the gondola and has easy access to great biking and hiking. The base village is expanding with new construction to add to the already nice restaurants and shops. Roget was easy to work with and accommodating to our late night arrival.
