Property was very nice with a few exceptions: heat lamp in the bathroom was not working and the bathroom was very cold; refrigerator was making a loud noise which went on the entire night

Spacious 2BR condo with ski-in/ski-out access. Nicely decorated, upgraded and comfortable. Front desk very helpful. Cleaning crew was spotty. Some days made beds and removed trash but nothing else. Some community amenities did not work during the entire 6-day stay (sauna, steam room). Nice slope-side pool and hot tub.

Snowmass Visit

Pros: Front desk staff and the Edge restaurant.
Cons: AC would have been great and the carpet in my room room had lots of stains.
Location: Nice location, but a twenty minute drive with heavy traffic to get to Aspen. Good for outdoorsy people, but not much else to do otherwise.
I chose TImberline mostly for it's location and lower price. The condos are located on a main street with access to public transportation and ample car parking across the street. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, they even offered to run upstairs to the vending machines and get a Diet Coke for me one day as I was leaving the building so that I wouldn't have to go up the steps again. They provided a free shuttle for me after shopping at the mall so I wouldn't have to walk up the steep street. My room, 215, a studio, overlooked the pool and mountains and was just down the hall from the Edge, the condos lovely restaurant. The food and service was excellent. I really loved the veal wienerschnitzel with spatzle. It was delicious. The studio was very comfortable, had a complete mini kitchen, sofa bed and queen bed. It was hot when I was there, but there was a portable fan in the room to cool it down.

Amazing escape

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, views
My family stayed here for a beautiful getaway and had an amazing trip! The condos were beautiful and the kids LOVED the loft area! The pool was great and we had such amazing views! Everything about our stay was top notch! We will definitely go back!

A welcoming place to stay where quality is a reality!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, friendly staff
Found that this stop in our brief Colorado vacation was one that rejuvenated us. From the very friendly check-in experience (Jamie was great) to the quality of the room and cleanliness of the entire property we found that the Timberline Condominiums provided us with the highlight of our lodging experience. Would not hesitate to go back again in the future. When you find a quality property...stick with it again in the future. Thanks Timberline!

we were made to feel comfortable and welcome

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: kitchen appliances need updating
We had the lower level so it was great for ski in- ski out. The staff was incredibly receptive to all of our needs. They picked us up from the airport and took us back (at a very early hour). Picked us up when we were too tired to walk back from the restaurant down in the village. The Edge restaurant in the Timberline was a very pleasant addition. Food and service were great. Hope they are open when we return in the summer.

Fantastic Ski in Ski out!

We recently stayed in a studio/loft at the Timberline. We understand that because each unit is individually owned there will be differences in decoration and furnishings. The one that we stayed in had fireplace a modest but very serviceable kitchen with full size appliances dishwasher granite counters. There was even a Human Touch massage chair in our unit which was wonderful at the end of the day. The slop side pool and hot tub was great. But what we really enjoyed was being able to go directly out to the slopes by taking a few steps out the door and enjoy the ski in ski out access. We will definitely return!
