This cozy ground floor unit offers a comfortable great room with gas fireplace. Simply step beyond the glass doors for easy access to the ski slopes and the onsite restaurant, The Edge. With a spacious bedroom and a welcoming great room, this condo is ideal for couples or families.

Soft neutral colors in the great room create a welcoming entry into this one-bedroom condo. The living room boasts cozy carpet that will feel warm underfoot during winter, and whitewashed wooden ceiling beams overhead. Whether the snow is falling gently outside or it's a clear blue-sky day, you'll enjoy it all through the wall of glass doors that fronts the living space. With plenty of natural light, the living room is a comfortable place to spend down time. Relax on the sofa or one of the two easy chairs, settling into vacation mode. The gas fireplace is perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes, and a flatscreen TV is also available for evening entertainment.

The carpet gives way to tile in the adjacent kitchen, with rooms flowing together smoothly. Enjoy everything from snacks to full meals in this well-appointed space, where you'll find stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. Those who plan on taking advantage of meals in will enjoy the ample counter space available on the island. The kitchen island also doubles as an eating area, with plenty of room for four.

Whether you spend the day carving the slopes or taking in breathtaking views from a hiking trail, you're sure to be ready for a well-earned rest at the end of the day. This one-bedroom condo offers the space and privacy of a bedroom separated from the living area. A king bed awaits, along with a spacious dresser and additional flatscreen TV. The bathroom is right across the hall and offers a glass and tile shower and tub combination. Adjacent to the bathroom there is a second sink, adding ease to the morning and bedtime routines. If needed, additional travelers can utilize the sofa sleeper in the living room for secondary sleeping quarters. With an excellent location and practical amenities, this condo is a great home base for your Snowmass vacation!

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

Very homey and comfortable!

We stayed two nights at this property one of us slept in the bedroom and one of us took the couch, which was right next to a wonderful fireplace. We both slept great and felt very comfortable! The condo was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen utensils, plus it had ample seating for multiple guests. Shower worked great. We would definitely return!

Great location!

We stayed for a long weekend to see the fall foliage in Maroon Bells, The condo is on the first floor facing the courtyard, with gorgeous landscaping and Aspen was less then 20 mins drive. This unit has an awesome gas fireplace, nice long kitchen bar and king bed. Parking was close too!

Great location, clean rooms. Highly recommended

Loved the location, service and cleanliness. We’ll equipped rooms. Clean bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. No AC needed in the summer. Feels great as is. We arrived past midnight and even though the desk closes at 10 they had someone answer the phone and guide us how to get the keys from a safe at the front desk. Easy. Garbage cleared daily. Towels replaced daily. Toilet papers and paper towel. Beds made. Dishes washed and put away for us. Great service. They have a shuttle to those that need it. Parking is easy to find in the summer and close to the rooms. Pool, 2 hot tubs well equipped with water toy box and clean open till 9. Nice gym, gaming room and restaurant for dinner (closed Mondays)all on the same property. Really close to aspen and the ski resort and maroon bells. There’s only one gas station in the village that’s overpriced. Fuel your cars outside the village. Wednesday nights at 7 there’s a rodeo show that’s fun. If you want rooms that view the mountains call ahead to get the right ones. If it’s not an issue enjoy all room options. Quiet, beautiful place surrounded mountains and nature.

Comfortable Condo with Great Amenities

The condo at Timberline Condominiums was perfect for a couple's getaway in Snowmass. Well appointed one bedroom was a short walk from the ski hill for year-round activities. The complex had a gym, steam room, hot tub, and pool for use as well as an on-site restaurant with a great happy hour. Condo was quiet and had great room for two adults who are both working remotely. Check in experience was extremely easy and a digital padlock made coming and going a breeze. Kitchen had good amenities, although i wish they had cooking spray for the pans. King bed was comfortable and there was even a pull out sleeper sofa with it's own bedding set. Great condo and great experience. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent place perfect location in Snowmass village

Excellent condo perfect condition, has a little creek that runs right next to it. Lots of stairs and can be difficult at altitude not for someone with disabilities although it is on the first floor. Very clean, very modern and has a full kitchen. Pool and hot tub open late until 9 pm and the condo literally overlooks ski slope

Good location

Loved the convenient location of this condo, right on the slopes. We stayed in summer so trails were right outside and an easy walk to breakfast places. Saw deer from back patio. Kids enjoyed using heated pool and hot tub on property. Condo was clean. Would have liked more extra blankets and bedding. Overall, great place.

Beautiful property-ski right out your door

We had a fantastic time at the Timberline condo. About 8 steps and your right on the slope-ski down to the gondola. Restaurant was delicious. Hot tub and outdoor pool was fun for all. Pool toys available which was great for the kids. We had a conference at the Westin which was an easy walk away. Or shuttle would take you anywhere easily! Amazing stay!

Great location & comfort

Location is prime!! Definitely a Ski in/ski out. Condo is homey. It was perfect for our ski group of 5. It's right next to office, restaurant & hot tub. We enjoyed the steam room as well. Living was perfect set up for board games. We will definitely come back & stay here. Front desk staff are extremely helpful. The free transportation around town was also a plus!!
