Our spacious 1200 sq. ft. Leatherbark condo has all the comforts of home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is decorated and equipped for all to enjoy just as much as we do. The living room has plenty of space for kids to play while others can watch the 50 inch smart TV and play games. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a three rocker recliners.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 40 inch smart TV with DVD player, and a private bathroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. All linens, towels, soaps and paper products are provided. There is also a hair dryer in the master bathroom.
The second bedroom, which can sleep 3, has a twin loft bed over a queen bed and a 32 inch TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle and opens up to the living room but can be closed off at night with an accordion door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and many other comforts from this home away from home.

Our unit is very kid-friendly! We have provided a crib with sheets and breathable bumper for those families that are traveling with infants. There is also a highchair provided. In addition, we have games, puzzles, and movies for children to enjoy. At night, enjoy games and our extensive DVD library.

The condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The spacious deck gives access to a large backyard. A gas grill and table and chairs is provided during the spring, summer, and fall season (during winter they are put away due to snow and ice). The backyard is regularly visited by deer, giving you plenty of opportunities to capture unbelievable pictures right from the deck.

Leatherbark complex offers plenty of parking with its own parking lot. It is only a short walk to the ski slopes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment from Leatherbark. There is a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes, during the winter only.

Great place. Clean as a whistle, excellent stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Shuttle service was unreal, mever waited more than a couple of minutes. Very close to the slopes, great parking. Recliners in the living room were great. Ski’d during the day, watched football playoffs at night, what more could tou want!!

Fantastic place to stay! Host has everything you need. Plenty of thermostats, blankets, kitchen is stocked, no need to run get more dish or laundry detergent, TP, etc. Host is not stingy with supplies. Truly a 5 min walk to Ballhooter. OR!!! We figured out we can walk out the back door, turn right, and follow your nose to one of the runs. Not sure which one but it was a green so anyone can do it. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to (slightly) change our dates TWICE! We would definitely return to this condo.

Dated but it works

Check in was easy. Nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. A bit dated, grill handle fell off, shower stall held with an eye hook. But overall nice stay.

Love Leatherbark!

Roomy cozy condo for our whole family. The recliners and comfortable king bed are what keep us coming back. The crockpot, griddle and fully stocked kitchen are an added bonus. David is a very responsive and kind host. We will be back!

A leak from the third floor cut the visit short

The owner was always very responsive. When we called about the leak and the need to move, he tried to find other accomodations. He refunded the remainder of the days we couldn't stay promptly. A note to folks with mobility issues, this condo is down two flights of steep stairs. On the plus side, only ground floor condos have deck with outdoor seating. It's like having an extra room.

Perfect ski condo!

We loved the recliners for relaxing and the king mattress was soooo comfortable! It was great to have real beds for 7 and the 8th was on the couch (it pulls out). Loved the full size washer dryer that worked better than any other on the mountain from our prior stays. Loved the big crock pot and griddle. Plenty of pots pans, utensils, plates and silverware. Big hot water heater meant no cold showers. The bus is right at the entrance and easy walk to the Wildcat grocery and village. We will be back!

Annual getaway to ski with family

Kids are grown, and have teenagers that now like to ski, so we need a 3 bedroom to accommodate everyone. This place was ideal to allow multiple kids and grandkids to sleep comfortably while very convenient to the slopes. Everything was as advertised, no issues during our stay and we hope to return next year!

Convenient Location

We stayed at this property several years ago with friends and decided to come back. Love the convenience of parking right out side your door and being able to sit on the deck. Close to the village.

Delightful, Relaxing, Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 106B Leatherbark. Nice, relaxing, quiet location with an easy walk to the village. Great options for cooking and grilling in a very well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfortable and we highly recommend it for a wonderful visit to Snowshoe.
