Silver Creek 2 BR Condo, A/C, Indoor / Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub


Condo Description:
This condo has been redesigned from the traditional Silver Creek unit. A great room concept with a bar top counter for dining. Direct access to a bathroom from each bedroom. A Master Bath with a walk in shower and a rainfall shower head / hand held wands shower system.

The condo's bedrooms have a king size bed in each. Also, each bedroom has its own cable flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is provided thru out the entire condo.

In the living room there is a sleeper sofa (not shown in photos) and a recliner. A queen size auto inflate air mattress can be provided if preferred to the sleeper sofa.
For entertainment there is a 65" curved smart tv with access to Netflix, Sling and Amazon Prime.

This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Siver Creek lodge, looking out at the ski slopes. The Silver Creek Slopes (night skiing) and Tubing hill are located right next to and behind the lodge. Also located in the lodge is the Bear's Den (kid's area), The Locker Room (Sports Bar including Video Slot Machines), various stores, ski rental shop and an indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs.

The Silver Creek Lodge is located 3 miles north of Snowshoe's Central Village.

For Summer Use, portable A/C units have been added to each room. Also, our pool is current open 11 to 10 pm daily.

Fees: Our HOA charges a Rental Impact Fee which pays for parking / pool / hot tubs / exercise room and the internet (unit wifi & building cell phone - AT&T). We also charge a unit cleaning fee.

The place was great. Only issue is it had a urine odor. I did appreciate you sending maintenance so quickly to fix the lock on the door and I’m glad that they were aware of the sofa already cause we were gonna notify you about that as well. Very nice place. Had everything we needed. Wonderful shower! The only issue was the twin beds in the guest room that were pushed together. The mattresses were so worn and sunken with no support at all. I believe i sunk 6-8" and woke with lower back pain. I would definitely stay here again if the mattresses were replaced.

A Snowshoe Christmas

We love the room. I don’t want to give a bad review of the host, but we really had no need to communicate once everything was booked. They sent emails informing us of everything we needed to know and a number if they were needed. We have stayed in this exact room at least 2 times before and just enjoy it. The room is great, we like it too because it is handicap accessible.

Great place, updated and clean. We had a great time for thanksgiving here. We knew the slopes wouldnt be open yet but the family enjoyed time in the pool and playing in the snow. There was plenty of room for all of us.

I have stayed in this building in another unit last year. I love that the unit was updated & bright. I love the remodel making the bathroom, laundry one 1 area. We love that there is the shuttle to The Village for free & there is plenty of restaurants to choose from. The unit was very clean & had everything needed for a weekend trip. I would stay here again!

Summer on the mountain

Overall this property was a nice place to stay for quick access to Snowshoe village and summer activities on the mountain. Additionally, we used it as our base for quick trips to Green Bank for the telescope/observatory, and Cass Scenic Railroad (25-35 minutes away from Silver Creek, Cass and Green Bank are only 10 minutes apart from each other). The condo was clean and spacious for a reasonable Summer price. The unit was sparsely populated so it felt like we had the whole lodge to ourselves, but many of the areas, like the pool and hot tub were not accessible to us. One downside was that the condo is cooled by use of individual stand-alone units, yet one of the units couldn’t be operated because it lacked the necessary exterior venting for the hot exhaust of the unit. Hopefully that was merely a temporary problem and will be fixed before the next renter visits.

Nice, updated condo, easy to get to, easy check in, great location, nice pool and hot tub in the building. Only complaint is that there were quite a few flies and ladybugs that came in when we opened a window (it was unseasonably warm this past weekend). Could use an exterminator.

Lots of room. TV is great, kids loved the x box. Room has been upgraded but finish quality is quite lacking. Personally I enjoy staying in the village but gave silvercreek a try. Not bad but prefer having not to take the buses.

Condo was up to date and beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance/utensil you could need. 2 king bedrooms, both have attached bathrooms with amazing showers! Owner was quick to respond to messages. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. As the title suggests we have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. The owner offers great rates and easy communication. The unit is convenient to mountain activities as well as offers a shuttle service to the village if you don’t want to drive. I highly recommend this unit and Snowshoe Mountain for a fun vacation experience.
