Welcome to a magical archipelago paradise on Söderholmen, nestled between Nämdö and Runmarö, with stunning sea views to the southwest and east. Just 20 minutes by taxi boat (or 10 minutes by private boat) from Stavsnäs Vinterhamn, this unique waterfront retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Accommodation
The entire property is rented together and includes:

Main House: Living room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. 1 bed in alcove + 2 extra beds on sofa.
Guest Cottage: 4 beds (1 double bed 180 cm + bunk bed). Adjacent bathroom with shower, Cinderella incineration toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
Guest Room: 2 beds with amazing sea views, 10 meters from the main house.
The accommodation is well-maintained and stylishly furnished with high standards. Hot and cold running water is available in the main house and bathroom. Electricity and WiFi are provided in the main house, with electricity in all buildings. Bedding and towels can be rented, or bring your own. Cleaning is paid on-site. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the property manager Stefan, whose contact details are provided after booking.

Grounds & Surroundings
Enjoy undisturbed nature with no neighbors on over 20,000 sqm of land, featuring lawns, meadows, fruit trees, pine and oak forests, and 75 meters of southwest-facing shoreline. Highlights include:

Private dock with grill and seating – ideal for morning coffee or sunsets.
Terrace with outdoor furniture at the main house.
Small sandy beach with shallow water and bare rocks for swimming (6-meter depth at the dock).

Practical Information

Getting Here: 1 hour by car or bus from Stockholm to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn, then 20 minutes by taxi boat to the dock. Private boats welcome!
Food: Bring your own food and drinks. Delivery to the dock is available via Mathem.se (details provided after booking).

Amenities: Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, grill, toaster, kettle, WiFi (in main house), fireplace, outdoor furniture.

Good to Know: This is an island in the Stockholm archipelago! The incineration toilet may need occasional emptying (handled by Stefan, who is usually on-site – follow instructions!). Simple needs can be met in nature. Hot water and space are limited.

Book Your Archipelago Adventure!
A perfect holiday spot for 1–7 people – children are warmly welcome! The maximum capacity is 9, but hot water lasts only a short while and the toilet fills quickly, making 1–7 ideal for a comfortable stay. For an additional fee, tents can be pitched if needed, but we kindly ask you to be honest about the number of guests to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
