The host was very good with communication prior to and during the stay. The home is in a great location just a 10 min walk to the beach. There were some maintenance issues, i.e. electrical outlet that was not working (impacted the ability to work in the home), and wear and tear on dishwasher and refrigerator that need to be addressed. In the photos it shows the desk in a bedroom and that is not the case its in the main living space, which made it more challenging to work. Just food for thought for those that work remotely. I

Great rental! Loved the walkable neighborhood - very quiet, lots of views. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. House is very clean with bright kitchen/living area. Nice touches like new sponges and fresh flowers. We would absolutely stay here again. We are locals temporarily out of our house for a remodel so we know you can't beat Solana Beach - great place to spend some time! Walked to Barefoot Roasters for coffee, Rare Society for dinner, and Culture Brewery for great local craft beer.

This charming home is conveniently located, pet friendly and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The host checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. He was amazing and we appreciated his attentiveness. I have to comment on the 2 king sized beds….they were COMFORTABLE!!!! When you are away from home, a comfortable bed is important. Many times we have used VRBO and the beds were so bad, sagging, that I would have rather slept on the floor at 65. We loved this home and the host and will definitely want to rent it again when we are in town.
