I cannot praise this place highly enough. Great location. Comfortable accommodation. Yes, you have to walk up to the third floor, there's no lift. Isn't that good exercise!! And then you have the benefit of the gorgeous view from the balcony out to the Bay, and those sun rises! Bryce came back within minutes to my inquiries, fantastic communication. And a swimming pool, what a bonus. Had the best time!

AMAZING!!

Fantastic place to stay.Booking with the host was easy and his instructions on how to access the beautiful property were easy to follow. The unit is very comfortable with fabulous beds and a wonderful sitting area.Highly recommended :)

Beautiful views, everything you need

We stayed here in winter, at a particularly rainy time, but still had a great time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with great views of the bay. Fantastic to walk just 70 steps ( my daughter counted) to the beach.

Great location and roomy unit

This unit is old on the outside but the inside it is totally renovated with tastful furnishings. Everything you could want is there, views and location is fantastic. Super clean it is on top floor so if you hate stairs !, we thought it was definitely worth it and not a negative. Totally recommend this property and owner very easy and lovely experience.

Nice Beachside Apartment

Overall we had a lovely stay at this apartment in Soldiers Point. It was as described in the listing. Bryce communicated extremely well from the beginning and was delightful to deal with. The kitchen well equiped although we didn’t use much of it. The laundry facilities handy. Plenty of spare blankets in the cupboards which was great as the weather got a little cooler than we were expecting. It was very clean & tidy. Our only feedback is that the double bunk was not made up on arrival, frustrating but not the end of the world, but also, it’s very ‘noisy’! 2 adults in the double bunk was super challenging with the noise it made every time one person moved. We ended up taking the single mattress off the top to put on the floor which helped, we feel just a queen bed would be better suited in that space perhaps? The other small issue, no bins in toilet or bathroom & extra power boards in the living space / bedroom would have been useful. Also, an umbrella for our use as it rained the whole time we were there. There were extra phone chargers which was great though. Also note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, while this provides nice views, be mindful of luggage as there are no lifts. We really enjoyed our stay here though and these minor things are purely just feedback to hopefully help improve on. Thank you so much.
