Located in this enviable position on the water's edge of Sunset Beach is this beautifully renovated and refurbished 2-storey home with 2 separate entrances and 2 separate accommodation offerings. Stunning views of the sparkling water and surrounding nature reserve flow through the house, with gorgeous sunsets visible all year round.
This incredibly spacious home is ideal for 2 or 3 families holidaying together as each level can be rented separately or together to suit extended families and friend groups.
Living and Entertainment Space Upstairs is a fabulous open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with Smart TV opening out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the water and reserve. There are also 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4)air-conditioned, one with ensuite, a family bathroom and fully equipped laundry.
Downstairs, you'll find 2 living areas with a spacious, open plan kitchen and dining area opening out onto the patio area and garden. The lounge has split system air-conditioning, a super cosy couch and big screen Smart TV. There are also 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8) all with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms and laundry.
Both kitchens are full sized and contemporary, and are fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer. There is even a Nespresso coffee machine provided in each kitchen (starter pods included)

Outstanding property. The host, thank you Fiona , went above and beyond making sure our 40th year Nurses reunion went smoothly, right down to personally coming to make up a bed that had meant to be split into two but had been missed. Bonus points for that. The thing that would make this a six star booking would be to have a welcome pack like a bottle of wine and nibbles and maybe some bath bombs or bubbles to luxuriate in that fabulous bath.

Making memories
The house is in a perfect location.
We are a family of 10 adults.
The house was big enough to accommodate all of us.
There is a lot to love about that s property the beautiful view walking distance to a beautiful beach.
Unfortunately there needs to be more attention to the little things soap container were empty.
The gas bottle was empty on the BBQ .
No cleaning products in the kitchen so l, we had to go buy them not enough garbage bags we had to buy more.
One tea towel in the kitchen we were there 4 days and cooking all our meals so not enough tea towels l went and bought more.
No chairs with the down stairs outdoor dining table so we couldn't sit there we could only use the up stairs area.
Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Waterfront Woodlands Sunsets Soldiers Point. We had the entire house upstairs and downstairs and it was really easy and convenient.
Both kitchens were THE best appointed and provided for kitchens that we have ever come across in all of our stays. Amazing really.
Very comfortable and very clean.
Everyone thought this would be a great and convenient place for us to return to for another family gathering.
Highly recommended .
