Gîte 'Gite De La Colline - 3 Pers' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Solérieux, this charming 42 m² country gîte welcomes up to 3 guests and features a bedroom with a 160x200 bed as well as a living room equipped with a 160x200 sofa bed. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, and a private barbecue. A baby cot is available for families with young children.



Enjoy your private uncovered terrace and the shaded courtyard, within a 3-hectare property with an organic orchard. The shared natural outdoor pool offers an authentic nature experience: frogs in the morning, cicadas from 10 am, bees and wasps coming to drink, and dragonflies in the afternoon. A shared playground is also available for children.



You have three parking spaces reserved for the gîte on the property. Events are not allowed. You benefit from a sense of seclusion, surrounded by hiking and cycling trails through the countryside and forest.



At 5 km from all shops (except for small local producers), you are also close to the first castles of the Drôme: Suze-la-Rousse, Grignan, Montélimar. The region is full of hiking trails, vineyards, and picturesque villages surrounded by lavender and olive trees. You can take part in tasting courses, visit truffle farms with dogs in autumn and winter, discover lavender producers, and enjoy various music festivals. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
