Luxury family villa with stunning sea views & private pool

The Port House is a three bedroom villa located in Port de SĂłller with stunning views overlooking the port and the sea. Situated on the jagged west coast of the island, the villa itself is bright and airy and has been decorated in white and beige neutral colours and is very relaxing.

On the upper level, the living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, through which an ample terrace is accessed. The terrace, with dining furniture, offers excellent views over the port and out to sea, and is a perfect place for al fresco dining.

Next to the living room is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also offers access to the terrace and BBQ area.

On the middle level are three bedrooms, all offering sea views, and all with air-conditioning. There are three bathrooms on this level, each with their own walk-in shower or bath. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (with an additional single bed located immediately outside the door if required). Bedroom 2 is twin bedded (again with an additional single bed if required) and Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Grounds: Large swimming area with private pool (10m x 6m), sun loungers and large parasols to give shade. The swimming pool area is surrounded by large protective glass windows with impressive views of the sea and Port SĂłller. Adjoining this area is a sheltered patio, which offers a table and chairs in the shade for hotter days.

At the front of the house, by the entrance, there is another al fresco sitting area with a large wooden table and chairs.

It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house to the beginning of the promenade at the Repic Beach end of Port de SĂłller. There are a number of restaurants there overlooking the beach which have tables positioned in the centre of the promenade. From Repic Beach it is a further 10-15 minute walk along the promenade to the port. When we stay in the house ourselves we regularly walk to the port side to eat, which is very pleasant as there are many shops and restaurants along the way.

Cars can be parked on the street directly outside the property. There are no parking charges. There is a metal gate from the road into the property, from which the property is accessed.

This is a family home - No stag or hen parties please.

Gorgeous villa with stunning views. Very comfortable bedrooms, lovely spacious bathrooms and fabulous living area and balcony. We all had a wonderful week, endless hours spent around the pool and on the huge balcony watching the boats and sunsets. Great communication from owner and property manager. Hopeful that we will return one day!

Family vacation in Port Soller

Fantastic base to watch the boats coming in and out of the harbor, as well as some amazing sunsets. Great pool to take a dip and cool off during the day and fun for nighttime swim and stargazing. Lots of great facilities to hang out, loungers by the pool, dining table on the upstairs patio and good wifi everywhere. Good working kitchen with large fridge/freezer, coffee facilities. A/C units in the bedroom made sleep comfortable. Nice large showers in all bathrooms. Upstairs does get warm without A/C, need a sea breeze and open doors to help cool down. Great location, a quick 5min walk down the hill to the first restaurants and bars in Platja den Repic. Generally found excellent cuisine and cocktails in all of Port Soller (lots of favorites).

Fantastic property with stunning views

We spent 2 weeks at Port House and really enjoyed it. The villa is stunning, with incredible views of the port and out to sea. It’s only a short walk down to the port (feels a bit longer walking back up!) where you can choose from loads of great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend

Probably Best Villa in Port De Soller.

Well thought out Villa. All rooms had stunning views and all had great bathrooms. Particularly liked Pool area with glass and exposed rock. Indeed the pool is a good size and deep. Top tip. If you want a refreshing (colder) swim, jump in before10.00am. However I preferred late afternoon when sun had warmed it up to perfect temperature. We were a family of 4 and did not need lower self contained apartment. Its accessed either from within or from outside and is probably best suited for people with good mobility. Another top tip would be to hire a automatic small car and not a large manual one. Roads are tight and hilly, typically Spanish! Thank you Andy for renting out your Villa.

We had a fanastic stay at the property. Communication prior to the stay was great and Maya was an excellent host/ property manager. The property has the most amazing views across the bay and the swimming pool was also a real highlight The property had more than enough space and plenty of bathrooms. Amazing house incredible location - good for the soul

This house has fantastic views from every room and the pool and terrace and is a luxurious relaxing space for all the family. Watching the boats etc is mesmerising. It is a short walk down to the beach / bars / restaurants all a very short walk away and the resort is lovely. The owner and also the property manager were both so helpful advising on transfers / local shops etc etc. Would love to visit again and would thoroughly recommend

Wonderful family holiday

Our family spent an unforgettable10 days at the port house where happy lifelong memories were made. The house worked very well for both granny and our son who is almost 2. The views are spectacular and the walk into the port to visit a restaurant or the beach is achievable for all as it’s only the last few mins which are up a steep hill. The house has a lovely feel to it and was very comfortable. We all enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out of the port from the panoramic terrace. We were so well looked after by the house manager and would love to come back next year.

Paradise in Port de Soller

We just returned from Port de Soller and I can't say enough how wonderful this property was! Great location, beautiful house with lots of room for the 8 of us! It's close enough to walk to the wharf full of restaurants and the tram to Soller, but far enough away to be very peaceful as well! The owner and Mya, the property manager were very helpful in helping us plan excursions, as well as what to do in the immediate area. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day soon!

Stunning villa with great facilities

This was a very luxurious villa - really a home from home. Well stocked with lots of useful cookery utensils and a lovely BBQ outside on the terrace. Clean and tidy on arrival. Lovely bowl of welcome fruit and a few provisions in the fridge. Fans and aircon worked very well in the bedrooms and weren't too noisy. No aircon upstairs but the main sitting room had a large fan and with the doors open there was usually a good breeze, even when the temperatures were soaring (they were 34 with 80% humidity while we were there). A few extra fans dotted around the house too. Beds all very comfortable with mattress toppers. Showers great. Pool perfect size and well kept. The pool guys came round while we were there and spent about and hour checking the water, watering the plants and tidying the pool area (even moving all the sunbeds back to the correct positions, from our chosen positions (đŸ€šđŸ˜‚). Views were stunning and the area was very peaceful. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop for the tram, 15/20 minutes Randemar restaurant, approximately 30 minutes to the other side of the bay. Uphill for the last 8 minutes back though!! Not for the faint hearted with bags of shopping as the nearest proper supermarket is at least 20 minutes walk away. We got a taxi to Soller big Supermarket Eroski which cost €14 each way, but the food and pretty much everything else was much cheaper than in the Port. This villa isn't really disabled friendly nor for anyone with mobility issues in general as there are quite a few steps, but just the most beautiful place to be. The view from our bedroom was fantastic. Words of wisdom - don't have all the aircon, the cooker, a couple of hairdryers and the tumble drier on at the same time; we blew the fuse at the box. The electrician was very prompt though which was impressive and all sorted out very quickly within an hour and a half. Only suggestion for the owners is that bigger bedside tables in main bedroom would be really helpful and a mirror in the side room next to it would also have been good. Agent was responsive and very pleasant - and a native English speaker so that helped. Tip - I used Solhop for one of the transfers and they were excellent. Kept me informed all the time, even down to the registration plate of the minivan. Thoroughly recommend this villa and thank Andy for sharing his special place with us.
