New and luxurious villa of 150 mÂČ built with all the highest standards of construction (insulation house & roof, double glazing, floor heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets, etc.) and luxury equipment.
The villa and pool are completely private - at your disposal only. Relaxation area (lounge chairs & cushions) and large BBQ with a comfortable outdoor dining area for up to 12 people. A second barbecue (gas) is installed on the large terrace upstairs with a table for 6 people (pergola).

On the island can rent electric bikes, scooter, cars. Several taxis (same mini van) and 2 bus lines to go to the North or South of the island.
Split with its rich cultural heritage is only 25 min. with the catamaran (2 / day) or 50 min. with the ferry (6 / day). You do not need the car, you leave Rogac and arrive at the center of Split (so no parking problem).
Ideal place to visit Trogir, Omis, Klis, Solin, Sibenik, Makarska, Vis Islands (blue and green cave, Hvar, Brac etc.) + natural beauties of the island which is preserved and remained authentic.
Sports activities on the island: tennis, diving (school), snorkeling, walks, cycling, kayaking, etc.
