Relaxing & Super Clean. A wonderful space to enjoy after a fun day exploring SYV

We are Ideally located within the Santa Ynez/Solvang/Los Olivos area. A roughly 1200 sq ft guesthouse that can sleep up to 5 adults comfortably: Fast wifi internet and cable. A wonderful space for families or friends wanting a clean relaxing creative space near wineries and local towns. We place age appropriate toys in the guesthouse such as electric cars , pretend play kitchen and grocery store, stuffed animals, trainsets, etc.
There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one twin xl day bed. in the large liivng room. We also have a full size crib for the 2 and younger guests and a full size toddler bed for the 2 to 6 year old guests.
We provide eggs , milk, bread, coffee, tea, juice and seasonal organic fruit from our garden for your meals. The space is arranged to provide our guests (families, couples, & friends) a wonderful experience that is memorable.
There is a large living room that has been decorated to provide a restorative environment with comfy furniture, a large TV with cable, a dinner table that has seating for 6. There is a well appointed kitchen, with pots, pans, plates, to commonly used cooking items such as cooking oil, spices, and breakfast items. There is a washer and dryer for use. The bedrooms are furnished with luxury linens. An immaculate clean home. We maintain a high standard regarding providing a clean home with a spotless bathroom that is supplied with toiletries. The guests' area has its own private patio space if guests want privacy away from the shared meditation garden. The private patio area has a gas grill for BBQ; and there is also a casual outdoor dining area. Fantastic space to view the night sky infused with stars. No light pollution, so if there isn't any cloud cover, this area is wonderful for viewing stars. There is plenty of room for children to play within the home, the private patio area, and in the meditation garden. We encourage guests to engage in chalk art on the concrete floors in the patio area. A relaxing activity for both young and old. We provide lots of toys, games. and crafts for children, an indoor tent with panda sleeping bags; and we even have an electric car (10 and younger) for children to tootle around the property. The highlight for most of our guests would be the garden, to read, relax, have a glass of wine.
There is a large driveway so we allow our guests up to three cars to park in our driveway while staying at the home. Exceptional Wifi quality (not easily found in the valley ) is via speedy cable.
If you are a young family with an infant, we have a pack and play with linens, a stroller, baby bath, high chair, play items. We encourage young children to engage in crafts, board games, and chalk art on the driveway or patio area. If you are a group of girlfriends or couples, we provide adult board games, and we encourage you to enjoy wine and meals in the garden and engage in chalk art in the patio area.
We have lots of suggestions for places to visit, wineries to consider, places to eat, areas to hike, bike, and swim. There is also plenty of space for storing any large items during your stay such as bikes. Cyclists may use the garage to store bikes, stands, and other equipment and to use the garage as a work space.
If you are coming into the area for bike riding, we can suggest many local trails. If you are coming into the area for wine tasting, we can make suggestions for boutique wine venues. If you are coming for a friend or family member's wedding, then we are very likely located near the wedding venue. We have been told by nearly all of our guests how central we are to everything in the Santa Ynez valley.
