This Private Gated Luxurious Cottage is nestled within a 20 Acre wooded compound with remarkable views of Flathead Lake. The Cottage features a Queen Bed with a private bathroom that is modern and spotless and has a shower, Toilet and Steel Utility Sink to make it easy to attend to the dishes & utensils as well as to assist in cleaning hiking gear. Wifi, 32” Smart TV with Cable, Netflix, Hulu & Prime capable. The cabin is outfitted with a fully equipped well stocked Kitchenette with Dishes, Utensils and Cups. There is as a Mini Fridge, Kuerig Coffee Maker with complimentary Coffee pods, Toaster Oven and Microwave. Perfect get away. Our Guests tell us “there’s nothing like this anywhere”, we think you’ll agree. Please note that this cabin is small yet very comfortable. Before you book your reservation Please read the “House Rules”: We’re honored that you’re considering our property to be your home away from home in Montana. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assure that your stay with us will be a happy and memorable one. We take our responsibility as Hosts very seriously. Our personal commitment to you as our Guests is to seek to provide you with Luxurious and Restful accommodations with no “surprises”. AGE REQUIREMENT: Please be advised that Guest Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent this property. I’m sorry.... There are NO exceptions. CHILDREN: We welcome well behaved children. PETS: Pets are not permitted without the prior approval of HOST.... No Exceptions. Where Host approves Pet(s), Guest shall pay $50 per pet per stay... No Exceptions. Where approved, Guest is limited to up to 2 dogs each under 30lbs. Guest further agrees to never leave the Pet(s) unattended or alone in or outside the rental property. SMOKING: There is No Smoking anywhere on the property; No Exceptions, Not anywhere outside, Not anywhere inside.... ever. We are located within a strict fire zone. Please respect the policy and know that you risk lives by smoking. If you or your guests need to smoke (anything) this property IS NOT a match for you. This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property. If it is determined that Guest Renter or any Guests of Guest Renter have smoked anywhere on or within the property the Guest Renters occupancy shall be terminated immediately and Guest Renter shall be charged for the costs of a professional cleaning crew and additionally shall be charged all rental days that the property is made unavailable for rental until smoking smell and toxins have been thoroughly eliminated to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a Warning to other Hosts shall be posted of Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule.GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than 3 Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. “Guest Renter” must be present at the time of Check-In and throughout the rental period and will be greeted by Host or Host’s representative at Check-In; Guest Renter is required to present government issued identification at the time of Check-in to verify their identity. Unfortunately we do not rent to nor permit pre-entry at Check-In to Absentee, Substitute or Remote Guest Renters acting on Guest Renters behalf or authorization. This is for everyone’s protection. PARTIES: Our property is very special... we think so and so do all of our previous guests (read the reviews). We’ve learned that the best way to assure that the property remains in it’s pristine condition is to maintain and enforce a “No Parties... No Exceptions” Policy and to limit the number of occupants and the magnitude of the gatherings that our guests host.. again thank you for your understanding. Your payment is no guarantee of your continued right to occupy the rental property. PLEASE NOTE that Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and must be pre-coordinated with property manager by calling (310)871-0005 and establishing mutually agreed upon arrival time for your check-in no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security gate is present and you will need to be greeted and buzzed into the gate and compound. Additionally Please Note that Check-out is no later than 10:30am without exception as Housekeeping arrives promptly at that time.

Guest’s rights to stay and remain in possession of the subject property may be terminated at the option of Host and Guest shall vacate property immediately or risk prosecution for trespassing.FILMING: No commercial filming or photography of any kind may be performed on the grounds of this property with the prior written consent of the Host and without Guest first providing Host with proof of an acceptable liability insurance policy naming the property and the Host as additional insureds.... No Exceptions. The above terms and conditions are agreed to by Guests and considered to have been fully incorporated within all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Beautiful view of Flathead Lake
The property is nestled in foothills above the lake providing stunning views and breezy shade in the afternoon hours. Easy access to all popular lake destinations. It's small and cozy and has everything you need for a long weekend getaway. Thank you!

Nice place
The place was very cute and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice little vacation. There was a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with utensils and dinnerware. The place was extremely clean and quiet, and the hosts were wonderful! Very kind folks that checked in on us and supplied the cabin with bread, peanut butter, candies, coffee, milk, and orange juice. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint and quiet little place while visiting Flathead!

This is a place where you get to experience life and small living.
The property is large, maintained and gated. The living quarters are small (@ 7x10), neat, clean, quiet and quaint. You only get the bottom living space. However, you are not going to be living indoors. You can see Flat Head Lake from the property so get your gear, jump in and live life. We went in August. The water was 72 degrees. The bed was adorable. I don’t know about the comfortability of the bed because I was too exhausted from my adventures and fell asleep right away. The shower pressure was strong and the hot water temperature felt amazing. The counter was stacked with goodies. I felt blessed the owners decided to share their beautiful property. Therefore, please be respectful so the property owners can continue sharing their gift.

Really great location but small
The cabin is very well appointed, excellent shower and generously stocked kitchenette that met our breakfast needs for the entire stay. Welcome form manager was very good - she gave us great advice about accessing the National Park. Location is fantastic - super quiet, great views within easy striking distance of the National Park and many other areas/activities of interest to the south. Flathead lake is gorgeous. I’m not sure if we misread the property description but we thought the rental was for the ground and first floor…. It wasn’t. Whilst well appointed, it is very, very small. Don’t take too much luggage, especially if there are 3 of you as there’s extremely limited places to put it. The size of the rental is not a show stopper because we spent very little time there. Positives far outweigh the negative hence the rating.
