Front desk unattended for extended period when I arrived so I could not check in. Called hotel phone number, no answer. When the desk clerk returned he was dismissive of the wait and rude.

Roaches!!

The check in was difficult. Front desk had a sign that said “we will be back” but was sitting with his back to the desk watching Netflix. Took us 5 mins to get his attention at midnight. First thing I saw when I saw the bed was a roach. It smelled damp. Just wasn’t great.

I like the staff and the area is okay, I tried getting a hold of the manager but he has been unavailable. I keep emailing him that a roach had once touched me while I’m in the bed. I am a loyal customer so I was not pleased with this experience.

Overall good for what you pay

Clean, comfortable bed, functional shower, and good AC. A little outdated, but you get what you pay for. Overall, pretty good night stay. 8 out of 10. Definitely would recommend for a quick stay.
