Es Rafal De Baix - Villa With Private Pool

The country house has 90.000 m2 of terrain, so pure nature is what surrounds this stone house. The porch is an idyllic and peaceful place where to have breakfast early before going to the pool. It is a chlorine private pool and sizes 9 x 4 m and 1.1 to 1.8 m depth. In its surroundings, there are 8 sun loungers to sunbathe. And, besides, after a tasty barbecue, the upper terrace invites to have a glass of wine or to read a book in absolutely tranquility.

Inside welcomes you a lovely living room, although the real jewel is the big living-dining room situated in a kind of an ancient wine cellar covered with sandstone. Here you can see the TV-SAT, listen to music, read or eat all together. After some steps, you gain access to the gas hob kitchen which features a dining table with chairs and much more. The house also has washing machine, iron and ironing board. Likewise, there are four bedrooms, three of them boasting wardrobe. On the ground floor, there is a double bed dormitory while the rest, one of these with double bed and the other two with two single beds, are on the first floor apart from having air conditioning. As well as this, the accommodation boasts three shower bathrooms, one downstairs, two upstairs. A cot and a high chair are available. The house is equipped with oil central heating.

The country house is located in a rural area between Son Servera and Artà. From there, you can reach easily to many charming places as, for instance, the Parque Natural de Levante, the Pula Golf course (4.3 km) or to beautiful beaches such as Cala Millor (9.8 km), among many others. In Artà you will be able to know the deepest Mallorca with its most deep-rooted traditions. On Tuesday there is a street market and the village is brought to life.

Thanks to the property’s proximity to the Greenway, an ideal route for cycling, bicycles can be requested in advance to comfortably enjoy the surrounding area.
