We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Sorrento.

Perfect Location/Beautiful Room with Balcony!

We had a great experience at Aquae, first, we missed our check in window, which was completely my bad, but Rita, was so gracious, came back to the property and was super helpful and understanding making sure we were settled!. The location is the best! steps from Piazza Angelina Lauro and not even 3 min from the train station. Room was super clean, comfortable, space for all our belongings, fridge, safe and even a his and hers sinks. Balcony was spacious and beautiful to have a cocktail in the evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it ticks all the right boxes for location, cleanliness and assistance from the host.!

Staff meet up on arrival to pass the keys and very good service and explain where to go and eat. But the downside the shower door unable to close right resulting the water slip out everywhere.

Check-In process was very good, constant communication and accommodating to our schedule even accelerated cleaning to have room ready for us upon arrival. The apartment and room was excellent!
