Staff was wonderful. Enjoyed the daily breakfast. We were upgraded to a large suite and was very happy with the room. It is very important to know the hotel is directly on the square. While this is great from being in a central location, it is very noisy at night (soundproofing is not the best).

Staff was on top of your needs, they would set up trips, gave great food recommendations, the breakfast was amazing, healthy options, and great pastries. Lots of fruit, and even offer scrambled eggs daily. But their specialty was cappuccino with a chocolate foam heart. The place was spotless and your room smelled so fresh after they cleaned it.

We booked the junior suite for our 25th anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. Lisa at the front desk was so kind. She not only helped us with check-in but also recommended a nice place and arranged a last-minute dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant, which made our celebration extra special. The hotel is conveniently located near everything, and the breakfast buffet was decent with a little of variety. The only drawback was some outside noise at night, which my husband found a bit bothersome. Other than that, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel has a timeless, classic charm.

The junior suite option at the hotel offered fantastic views of the Square and although with balcony doors open it gave a birds eye view and noisy ambiance, this was immediately cut once the doors were closed thanks to their triple glazing, so best of both worlds! Staff were excellent, offering recommendations and could not do enough at checking in and would highly recommend this central location, certainly would stop at this hotel again if in Sorrento. Also worth mentioning they organised one-way transport from Naples Airport via a MPV taxi which was superb. The driver was local and extremely knowledgeable chatting to us on the way to the hotel and giving us some tips. 10/10

Excellent stay in Sorrento

This hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and modern and had two balconies overlooking the Piazza. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and offer help when asked. The location was right in the heart of Sorrento. If I return to the city I will certainly stay here again.

This hotel was incredible! I stayed in two hotels in Sorrento on this trip and this was by far my favorite. They upgraded our room to a Junior suite and I must say- it was incredible. The balcony was huge, and overlooked the center of the city square. We got a concert view from our balcony when the music and dancing was happening! Truly magic. The room itself was so spacious, and the bathroom was stocked with amenities. The staff were incredible from start to finish. The location was probably the best in the whole city. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be back again the future.

Great Hotel….. but

Very nice hotel. Great location, very clean, and the staff were helpful. The But…The only downside was the discotheque club located beneath the hotel. Opened at 11pm until 3am. The music bass was very noticeable. Have to imagine all low floor hotel rooms hear and feel this. The three of our phones sound apps were on high volume to try to washout music.

This is an amazing hotel! The convenient location in the center of everything saved us a ton of money on taxis. We could walk to everything. The location saved us both time and money, and we truly enjoyed the views. Although you are right in the center of everything, the soundproof windows proved to be very effective and you are never bothered by outside noise. The staff is as friendly, professional, and personal as you could hope for. They seem to know everyone saying there by name and they were very interactive and helpful in every way. An additional plus, they have a fabulous breakfast and a gorgeous terrace upon which you can eat it. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It’s a historic landmark, centrally located in the heart of Sorrento, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also conveniently close to the train station and Marina Piccola. What made our stay especially memorable was the staff — everyone was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home after our day trips. Our room was clean, spacious, and came with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was fantastic, with all the breads and pastries homemade. On the day we had an early train, Maria even packed us a breakfast with juice to go — such a thoughtful gesture! We are so happy we chose to stay here. It’s truly one of the best hotels we experienced during our trip!

This is a family owned and staffed property. They attended to every detail perfectly. The hotel was spotless. The room was very large compared to most, overlooking the Tasso Piazza. Fabulous hotel in the heart of Sorrento

The location of this hotel was great as was the wonderful owner and staff. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and our room was so brightly decorated in yellow like the delicious lemons of the area. I highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento.
